Otherwise the place was good and easy to use. The room itself was imho perfect considering the price. Nothing was brooken or looked worn out, unlike the condition of another rivaling hotel chain with the same business strategy. The beds were nice enough, access to basic kitchen stuff, and private laundry machine in the bathroom. The bathroom was very good too. Been to many shabby hotels with terrible showers/bathrooms, and this was not one of them. Very good. And with heated floors. The negative aspects of this review cones from what is outside the room; the entrance staircase and the elevator inside it looks to be pre-WW2. Especially the elevator; it is scary. And then there is the corridor where the rooms are located; dimm lighting and doesnt look very inviting and I was very discouraged when I entered and wondered what the heck I have signed up for. But as mentioned, the room itself was good. Remember, keep your expectations accordingly! Possibility to order breakfast for extra fee. I didnt go, so cant judge the quality of it. My biggest gripe is that check in is at 4 p.m., which imho is way too late. Still, for the price, quality of the room and the excellent location I highly recommend this hotel for the budget concious traveler. "
