Someone tailgated us into the building and trying to ascertain which hotel floor we were heading. The whole experience didn't make me feel safe, the cleanliness of the rooms was quality controlled and it was difficult to make requests because there was no attender on site to offer any help such as opening the windows. We were sent to one garage to collect keys and found it deserted - another garage was being used. Once that was sorted though everything was great. The inclusion of a sauna added that little finesse.
