Peaceful second-floor studio just a stone's throw from the services and amenities of Sotkamo. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bus and taxi stations, among others. The apartment is suitable, for example, for a vacationer traveling alone or with a friend, as well as for a gig worker.

Offering a unique home in the best location in Kajaani. You'll see Kajaani's castle ruins right from your room's patio.

You'll have access to a room of just over 44 square meters that has been spending decades in the house. In addition to the room, you'll have access to a toilet, kitchen, sauna, and free parking. The room is located on the ground floor of the historic Villa Koskikara and has been named as a Minute in history.

The space
Villa Koskikara is located right in the center of the city and has all the services next to it. The atmospheric room is once named Recreational and is perfect for a relaxed stay. A modern kitchen allows you to stay longer. You'll also have access to your own patio right in front of the castle ruins, where you can barbecue if the weather permits.

Private apartment in a quiet location right in the center. You'll have access to a welcoming two-bedroom apartment in Villa Koskikara, where you'll find the necessary amenities for a longer stay. There is free parking for vehicles in the yard, and the castle ruins are located right in front of the building.

The apartment has a bedroom, a large kitchen/living area, and a private bathroom with an infrared sauna, among other things. The large kitchen has everything you need to prepare and store food. Villa Koskikara's big sauna is also at your disposal, offering incredible steam with the world's oldest electric stove.

A personally renovated third-floor studio with a window overlooking the magnificent sunsets. For the doctors, the hospital is a 7-minute walk away, for those making a stopover or otherwise traveling in Kajaani, the bus and train station is a 5-minute walk away, close to all the necessary services.

The space
There are 2 wardrobes in the hallway. The hallway has direct access to the toilet and shower facilities. The bathroom has detergents and towels.

On the living room side, there is a double bed with bedding. A couch and a TV with streaming services when you log in. A third person can sleep on the couch.

The apartment has a kitchen equipped for basic needs (the apartment does not have a dining table/chairs). The kitchen has an oven, induction stove, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, air fryer and sandwich pan. The cutlery box is hidden in the top drawer on the left side of the sink.

The apartment has a surface area of 49m², of which the loft area is 12m². Upstairs there is a double bed for two guests. The kitchenette has a sofa bed with room for 2 guests. Downstairs, there is a combined shower room and toilet. Steep stairs to the loft. The kitchen is fully equipped.
