Stay in stunning lake views near Vuokatti's sports terrain and less than 10 km from the center of Sotkamo. Peaceful and beautiful location. On the side of the cabin, the fireplace sets the atmosphere and the sleeping quarters can be found on the loft. A separate washroom with a wood stove for great steam. Cool off in clean and fresh Sapsojärvi, in addition to the pier, your own small sandy beach. The cottage has a kitchen, and cooking can also be done by grilling. The space
Our home is a compact leisure property with an amazing location. The property is located on its own by the lake, but still close to the diverse services and sports terrain of Vuokatti.

Two cars can park effortlessly in the yard of the property. Access indoors is through a glazed porch. On the porch, patio furniture, for example, for cooling off after the sauna, and atmospheric lighting.

The glazed porch is not heated. There is access through the porch to the side of the cottage and the washrooms. The laundry room is a separate space compared to the room.

The cozy cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and dining group on the ground floor. An atmospheric fireplace gently heats the space, and an indoor temperature can also be controlled with an air source heat pump at the ceiling.

There are sleeping places for a total of five people in the cottage. Downstairs, a divan couch is spread out, where two people can sleep well. The actual sleeping area is located in a loft with a 160cm wide double bed. In addition, it is possible to get one sleeping place in the loft through a spreading spare pile.

In the laundry room, underfloor heating, a spacious washroom, and an atmospheric sauna with a wood stove. There's storage space in the laundry room cabinets, as well as a washer for guests to use. We provide detergents for laundry as well as for guests to wash.

The stairs leading up to the loft in the cabin may be demanding with small children. There is a rigid gate at the top of the stairs but there is no gate at the bottom of the stairs. The property is located on a hillside, so outdoor access to the water is also via stairs. Outdoor stairs do not have child gates. It is the guardian's responsibility to take care of children's safety on the stairs, both indoors and outdoors.

On the beach, a dining area for hanging out, as well as a dock with a swimming ladder. The outdoor patio, stairs, and outdoor dining area over the dock were illuminated in an atmospheric way. There is also a small outdoor fire pit on the cliff of the beach

The lake's bathing water is of good quality. It's forbidden to jump into the water for safety. The property does not include a boat or other water sports equipment.
