Parking space in the backyard of the house. Please remember to park so that other cars can exit easily. If you arrive with several cars or with bigger cars, there are also free parking spaces on the street. Visit the shared balcony and garden with furniture in the summertime. If you would like to have a cigarette, we would be grateful if you smoked in the yard and not on the balcony.
Due to roadworks the parking in the yard is temporry closed during august to october. During this time you can park in front of the house.

The space
Guests have their own peace of mind downstairs in a detached house, separate from my home. The apartment has a bathroom, kitchenette and private room. The apartment has mechanical ventilation and underfloor heating. Bed linen and towels are included, as well as coffee and tea.

Guests also have their own terrace, where it is nice to enjoy the day in the good weather, even while drinking coffee.

As a host, I live in different spaces, but I am easily accessible in the same house:)

The guest also has the option of a relaxing and restorative Neurosonic low-frequency treatment mattress. Helps with sleep difficulties, stress, pain, and physical and mental recovery. The price is 15 euros per treatment.

A livingroom and a sauna department with a shower room and a jacuzzi located in the basement for 1-3 guests. Separate apartment in a quiet rural area with private entrance. In a bright room with 3 single beds and a 2-person sofa bed. Shared shower and toilet with another apartment. Travel to the center of Oulu 16 km. The nearest bus stop is about 40m away, direct connection to the city center.

Excellent hiking and outdoor activities, Virpiniemi golf course and frisbee golf course, beach and Kiviniemi fishing port about 5 km away. A fitness center core just a stone's throw away.

A 27m2 studio with a balcony on a hospital slope with good transportation, only 2.5km to the city center. In the apartment, a 160cm double bed that can sleep two people. The apartment has everything you need for a short or longer stay. During your stay, you'll also have access to two basic bicycles, where you can go smoothly, for example, to the center of Oulu.

Next door is Oulu University Hospital and 24-hour grocery store.
