You have the entire guest house at your disposal. Parking on our farm 30 m from the cottage. The cottage has it own small terrace, and stairs down to the jetty and beach, which can be used on your own responsibility.

Other things to note
You can enjoy a wood-burning sauna. We are happy to start it if we are in place.
In the summer you can also swim by the jetty.

In the immediate vicinity of Oulu University Hospital, a beautiful yard cottage in connection with a detached house for overnight stay.
Peaceful and safe location only 3 km from the center. There's plenty of parking in the yard.

There is space in the building for 1-2 people, 3 accommodations if needed. Please note that the accommodation is in the loft.

Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. No kitchen. Own toilet and shower. The sauna is not available on the duration of the stay.

The cottage is a log-built horse farm old main house and is about 100 years old. In 2010, the cottage was renovated from floor to ceiling. The cottage has 45 square meters and includes a bedroom, a cottage, and a bathroom. The cottage is located in the yard of a horse farm and has horses and cats. Horses can be greeted upon agreement.

The space
The cottage has a cottage with a dining area, living room, and kitchen-living room. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and dishes, and cooking utensils. Coffee, tea, and some basic spices, as well as baking paper, foil, fresh scenery are also available.

The room has a sofa bed with a bed size 160cm x 200cm. The bedroom has a 160cm wide double bed. The price includes sheets, towels, hand soap, shower gel, and your hand sanitizers.

There is an outdoor outlet in the cottage, so in cold weather you can put the car in heating.

Guest access
The cabin door is lockable. The host will hand over the key or the key will be in a prearranged location.

Other things to note
Agree with the host if you want to say hello to the horses. For safety reasons, horses are not allowed in the enclosure. The real horses run electricity, so it's not a good idea to touch the real ones.

Don't leave the front door of the cabin open or open, cats in the yard may sneak in.

We allow pet guests, but please note that unfortunately we are unable to accommodate puppy guests who are not housebroken. The cottage has old plank floors with gaps between them and it is very difficult to clean between the planks.

For pet guests, we charge an additional fee of €15. Be sure to notify the pet guest when you book and Airbnb will automatically charge the pet fee. Otherwise, I'll submit a separate payment request for the pet fee.

A unique, separate courtyard building with a sauna is located in the backyard of a detached house.. if you want to stay close to nature, sit on the terrace, enjoy the sun, enjoy the warm sauna baths and the jacuzzi under the stars and the northern lights, the destination is a good choice! The space
The object has one bedroom, which is 7 m2 in size. The bathroom is 4.5 m2 in size and the sauna is 4.5 m2 in size. The room has a sofa bed that can be spread out for either one person or two people.

If there are 3-4 guests, room 2 is available, which is located before the courtyard house, on the side of the detached house. The room is 10 m2 in size. The bedroom has a separate locked entrance. (KTS more in the captions of the pictures)

The 1st room has a small sideboard, coat racks, two loose stools, tables x2. In addition, the property has a small refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, tea and coffee + honey, microwave. You can also rent an electric bike (+€10) if you want to visit the nearby cycling routes. In another, separate warm room, it is possible to work out with free weights and pedal the crosstrainer. Guests have their own entrance to the apartment from the backyard of the house. Guests can park their car in front of the canopy. If you need to heat the car using a plug in winter, please let us know in advance so that it is possible to park the car in the carport.

Other things to note
A family with children lives in a detached house. The main building where our family lives is located immediately after entering the yard of the house and the garden hut is located in the backyard.

A terrace surrounds the building. The terrace area under the roof of the property is only for use by guests. In the summer (spring and autumn too) there is outdoor furniture on the terrace where you can sit and a hammock. Smaller terrace furniture is always in use (shown in the picture)

The evening sun shines on the property's terrace and around the jacuzzi.

It is possible to cook at the property using the grill (spring-autumn), but we recommend ready-made meals that can be heated in the microwave. Tip; On weekdays, Ouluntulli Neste has a great lunch brunch available (10:30-13) and there are also other lunch places nearby.

A natural location along the Kiiminkijoki river, our yard is in a small and cozy guest house, 33 km from Oulu.

Countryside, forest and waters. No street lights. 200 m to the river. Ylikiiming has a lot of hiking trails, cloudberry meadows and berry patches. You can rent kayaks, forest snowshoes or snowshoes from us. Affordable wilderness guide services, e.g. canoeing trips, if possible.

The sauna has basic heat and comes with cold water, and the washing water can be heated in a wood-burning stove. The fireplace room connected to the sauna heats up with the fireplace.

Guest access
The guest house is entirely at the guest's disposal, there are no other residents in the accommodation building during the visit. There is a covered parking space for the car directly next to the entrance door and it is possible to charge an electric car.
If you have chosen to use the sauna for an additional fee, the sauna and fireplace are also freely available. There is no basic heating on the fireplace side during the winter season, there is underfloor heating during the summer and autumn season and you can even stay overnight in the fireplace.
You can move freely in the yard area and the yard fireplace is always available for guests. Another campfire site can be found in the nearby countryside within a short walking distance.
In the nearby nature, you may see forest animals such as deer, hares, foxes and several different migratory birds in spring and autumn.
