The space
You'll have access to a Blackberry bedroom on the top floor of the house, a cozy large living room with shared use with other guests, a well-equipped kitchen, a toilet, and two large balconies. The basement has shower and sauna facilities, a washing machine, and a dryer.
Guest access
A campfire in the garden and other places to stay. Beach sauna only under construction. Canoe and bicycles can be borrowed. In addition to the lake, can be accessed by canoeing into the beautiful river landscape and Salakkakoski. Swimming at both Marrula Beach and the nearby public beach.

If you don't have a car and you are staying 2 nights or more, I can provide roundtrip transportation to Siilinjärvi for 50e or Nilsia for 25e.

A cozy cottage in the yard of a detached house, yet your own peace. Good public transport. The cottage has a small room with a dining table, a fireplace and one double bed.
Guests will have the opportunity to experience the life of a small Siberian husky herd in the yard of the house. Our dogs stay in the fenced backyard adjacent to the cottage, so the accommodation is not suitable for small children. During the snowy season, you can also ask about the possibility of a small sled dog ride in the beautiful winter landscapes of Northern Savo.
The space
A grandma's cottage built in the 1940s in our yard. Surface renovation of the cottage in 2022. The cottage has a small fireplace with a fireplace core, which is located in the living room. The cottage is heated by the fireplace or by electric radiators.
As our guest, you can also get to know the daily life of our friendly Siberian husky herd, as our dogs are outdoors in our fenced backyard. I'd love to tell you about our work with dogs and our sled dog hobby. When making a reservation, please note that the dogs live and are in our yard under supervision every day, so even if you don't want to get to know their lives in particular, you will probably meet all five of them in person in the yard. If you wish, ask the host of the accommodation about the possibility of a small dog sled trip, excursions are only possible during the snowy season. Also, bonfire trips to nearby hiking areas by arrangement. During the summer, you can rent a SUP board with accessories from us for the whole day for 20€/day. The nearest lake is 350 m away. The nearest boat beach, from which it is easiest for an inexperienced paddle boarder to get on the water, is about a kilometer away. The waters in the surrounding area are quite calm, and you won't encounter larger stretches of water right away. I will advise you on the use of the board and, and if you wish, I will tell you about suitable destinations along the waterways in the area. There are two boards with accessories.

The toilet and bathroom are located in the host's house, right next to the cottage. Access with key code/key. Bathroom with shower and sauna, available to guests outside of quiet hours. The host will heat the sauna on request for guests at no extra cost.

New guest house with sauna in a quiet residential area near the center. The apartment is located on the same plot as the host's home. The property is suitable for families, couples and working people. The apartment has air conditioning, appliances for washing clothes and dishes, and kitchen utensils for cooking. The guest house has a sleeping loft with beds for three and a sofa bed for two in the living room. The sauna is wood-heated, and the terrace has a gas grill and patio furniture.
An atmospheric and cozy place on the canal shore, where you can relax by the fireplace or looking at the starry sky from the ceiling and play monopoly or read. In the summer, you can swim in the canal or paddle board and admire the cruise ships passing by. Cooling is done with an air heat pump. The paddle board is for one person. Here you can also get ice cream for the freezer or grill on the terrace.
The space
The beach sauna has its own terrace where you can sit and cool off after the sauna. The beach sauna has a kitchen, two beds and a glass dining table in one large space. The space has three large windows with canal and beach views. The property has a large beach pier, at the end of which in winter there is a ski trail network maintained by the city. You can ski to Rauhalahti and Saana as well as to the port of Kuopio.
