My room is situated by a calm street near the river. It has a fully ecquipted kitchen, bathroom and big laundry room downstairs. I have free wi-fi and a bike to use. It's near to city center and it takes 15 min. by bike to uni. Garden to sit in.
If you want you can lock the door to your room.

It's a nice room with a new bed. Bedlinen included. You'll have two towels. You can work from the room because it's a very calm neighborhood. Near to all facilitys in town and the nature by the river. Easy to go to uni. and buses.

You can use my kitchen as much as you like. It's 3 min. to a small food-shop. I have free wi-fi and a bike to use. If you want to wash it's easy to use a big laundry room.
