- "Helt ok litt dyrt" - "For some reason we got an accessible room, it was big so we didn’t really mind it. However the room got quickly very hot, which can be a problem for those who actually are in need of an accessible room. Especially considering that they might not be able to move by themselves. Otherwise the room was nice, the bed could be adjusted with a remote control and the bathroom had a showering chair and handles as well as an emergency button. The reception as well as the dining area were also very accessible, so I highly recommend this hotel if you are a wheelchair user or simply in need of an accessible accommodation!"

The place included an extremely nice sauna area that could be reserved for sharing or for privacy. Bikes, grilling area, lovely outdoor decks and patios plus easy parking off street were available. The attention to detail included things such as our twin beds in the apartment “Ada” being able to adjust to sitting position via a controller. - "Vaasa is such a cute town. Forenom Vaasa is very well located with a supermarket close by. A great location to venture out and wander around this historic town. Someone tailgated us into the building and trying to ascertain which hotel floor we were heading. The whole experience didn't make me feel safe, the cleanliness of the rooms was quality controlled and it was difficult to make requests because there was no attender on site to offer any help such as opening the windows. - "Very satisfied with apartment it exceeded our expectations. However the details provided were not very good for gaining access and getting the key. We were sent to one garage to collect keys and found it deserted - another garage was being used. Once that was sorted though everything was great. The inclusion of a sauna added that little finesse.
