Private student room. The room has its own bathroom and is located in a corridor with four other similar rooms, giving a sense of community without being a resident. You have your own entrance. You share a larger, fully-equipped kitchen with other tenants. It is within walking distance to SUt and only two subway stations to KTH. The area is quiet and safe. The room is furnished and we make sure to make the bed and leave towels. WiFi, hot water and heating are included, and there is also a laundry room.

For the single room, there is a large, fully-equipped kitchen.
Final cleaning. Before departure, we ask guests to:
Throw away their garbage and food leftovers.
Remove all sheets and towels to be placed on the floor.
Do not leave anything behind, such as garbage or soap.
Upon departure, guests must return:
The key to the room.
All keys to the laundry room (there should be a total of 4 keys).

Buses stop right outside the main entrance, a short 7-minute walk to the subway that takes you to T-centralen in only 5 minutes. Stockholm University only 10 minutes away on foot.

Furnished Single room in corridor - Welcome to this cozy and furnished single room with private bathroom, located in a quiet and scenic environment by the Baltic Sea! The room is located in a safe corridor with four rooms and has its own entrance with a key for increased security. Upon arrival, the bed is made. Towels are available. In the fully-equipped, shared kitchen, you can easily prepare your meals. The area is both safe and beautiful. Walking distance to (SU) and 2 stations to KTH.

Mall of Scandinavia and friends Arena. How about deciding what kind of breakfast? :) Everything from Egg Benedict, pancakes to a little buffet. However, there are pets in the world's finest quietest dogs that you won't notice. Peaceful and peace of mind. Always clean! Nice view over the Skytteholmsparken

The cottage must be left clean! (A minimum cleaning fee of €50 may be charged if the cottage is left.) Garbage is dumped in a garbage can on the road. No outside shoes inside the cabin.
