- "For what it is, this is a nice characterful country home stay with strangers. However, it is not what I expected from the description on Expedia. Firstly, from a British perspective, this is not a ‘bed and breakfast’ but a hostel. The booking only includes bed, there is no personal welcome but a text message with access code for the electronic door, and other guests hadn’t received theirs so had to wait a long time for acvess. Breakfast is an additional £7 and consisted of a meagre portion of meat left in the fridge under cellophane, with ‘make your own’ coffee, cook your own eggs and wash your own dishes. Give that there are 5 rooms and up to a dozen people the communal areas got crowded and awkward very quickly. The host was nowhere to be seen until it was time to take payment for the breakfast. In addition, the room is not accurately described. I booked a pair of “double queen bed garden view” but got rooms with twin old creaky single wooden beds pushed together, and a view of a gravel yard with out-buildings and scaffoldings. Half the ‘highlights’ mentioned and photos shown were in a shared common area, somit is nit just the bathroom that is shared. As stated at the start, this not a bad place; but it not at all what was described or expected under the listing’s heading, and customers should be better informed about what to expect and what they are actually booking "

Our studio, built in 2016 is situated close to the city but still in the countryside. There are three beds - one single bed at the loft and a sofa bed (queen size) in the combined kitchen and living room. If there are requests, we can also arrange space for a fourth person on a mattress at the loft.

The space
The accommodation is situated in a residential area in scenic Ekeby-Almby, Orebro. It offers relaxing enviroment close to the lake, scenic walks and biking distance to town. Public bus service within walking distance.
Three beds available, a single bed in the sleeping loft and a sofa bed in the living room, which also includes a small kitchen. Extra bed mattress on the floor available if desired.
The accommodation has a swimming pool, 5 meters from the door, and a small wooden deck. There is also a more "private" patio with a small barbecue.

Welcome to stay in our farmhouse located Adolfsberg, a peaceful residential neighborhood in Örebro with free parking . Beds are embedded. Bath towels available to hire. We have a beautiful garden, a cat and some chickens that you are welcome to visit. Sometimes there is a possibility to buy breakfast or a freshly baked berry pie. Nearby is Sommarro with nice walking paths. It is about 3 km to Gustavsvik water park and about 5 km to Örebro city. Grocery stores and pharmacies are close by, to Marieberg shopping center it is 4 km.

The space
The house is about 74 m2 and has two bedrooms; one with double bed (160 cm) and one smaller with a single bed (90 cm). There are two extra beds (80 cm) to bring out if necessary. They can then be placed in the living room. There is also a small baby bed that we can work out if needed. The kitchen has full kitchen equipment, such as fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. Kitchen and living room are open plan. There is a toilet, sink, shower cabin and washing machine. All textiles are washed with fragrance free laundry detergents.
There are blackout curtains in the bedrooms. On the property, there is outdoor furniture and its own gas grill. There's also a garden golf course that you can use if desired. In accordance with AirBnB's community policy, renting the house for party is not allowed.

Here you live comfortably in a new and fresh guest house with pool. Accommodates 1-4 people with a double bed and one sleeping loft with two beds. It has dining table seating 4 people, fully equipped kitchenette and private bathroom.

The house is located in the scenic residential area Ekeby-Almby, about 8 km east of Örebro. Close to lake Hjälmaren, nature reserve and beautiful walking paths.

Rented out to non smokers only.

The space
The guesthouse has a fold down double bed (murphy bed) that is made up and folded down at check-in. If larger surface is desired daytime, the bed can easily be folded up. The property's area is about 26 sqm.

In the kitchenette there is, among other things, fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster. Possibility to barbecue on the patio.

In the bathroom there is a combined washing machine/dryer.

Guest access
The guesthouse is close to the host family house. You have your own private entrance and private access to the guesthouse. The pool area is shared with the host family. The pool is heated and open from mid-May until mid-September (depending on the weather).

Free parking on the host family's garage driveway. Possibility to charge electric car is available at cost.

Other things to note
In the area there is a pizzeria and a small grocery store (24Food). To shop at the grocery store, Swedish BankID is required. To larger grocery stores such as Willys and ICA, it is about 10 minutes by car.

The bus stop is about 400 meters from the house. By bus/car, it takes about 15 minutes into Örebro city center. There are also good bike paths to town.

From the accommodation it is about 750 meters to Ekeby-Almbys marina. There are also nice walking paths along the water, which, for example, takes you to the nature reserve Ekeby Dreve with nice barbecue areas right on the lake.

In the area there is a newly built outdoor gym as well as exercise tracks.

The nearest swimming area is at Hjälmarbaden, about 4 km from the property.

Guest house in beautiful turn-of-the-century style of spacious 80 sqm, spread over two floors. Two bedrooms can accommodate the upstairs guest house, one of which has a balcony with views of the Kilsbergen and Lake Hjälmaren.
On the downstairs of the guesthouse there is a well-equipped open-plan kitchen facing the living room where a sofa bed allows for an additional 2 beds if necessary. The toilet consists in both shower and washing machine.
