You can borrow rowing boat and metspö. Mask is available to hack in the yard.
Our residence is located 75 m from the cottage. There are nice walking paths in the forests.
The store is 5 km away Communication is bad so car is a must. Fresh grassland around the cottage for ball games, for example.

The space
The tranquility and view make the space peaceful. Ideal for two people or a small family. A double bed in the sleeping alcove (160x200cm) and the possibility of an extra bed (120x200 cm)

Guest access
The whole cottage is at the guest's disposal as well as part of the beach and brewing. This beach is shared with the family. In nice weather, neighbors come and take a dip.

Other things to note
We have 2 dogs in the dog yard and some chickens that run free. The dogs bark every now and then. Communication is basically not available so a car is a must. The shop is 5 km away. There is a restaurant and pizzeria in the village.

Welcome to our nice, smoke-free
and allergy-friendly guesthouse in central Sunne. The house was built in 2021 and is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Fresh, ironed bed linens and towels are included in the stay. Also coffee, tea, shampoo, soap and detergent as well as cleaning products. The cottage has a south-facing wooden deck with dining furniture and barbecue. Grass areas for the kids to play on.
Here you are close to Sunne summerland, shops, food restaurants and most tourist attractions in the municipality.

The space
The cottage is 30 sqm sleeping for 5 people as well as the possibility of an extra cot. Open plan with one bedroom with drape, living room with sofa bed, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a loft. The bed has a double bed 140 cm, the sofa bed is 130 cm with room for 1-2 people.
The loft has 2 105 cm mattresses.
TV with Viaplay and streaming.
The house is heated with air heat pump and provides air conditioning in the summer.
The cabin has a water heater of 60 liters and it can take some time for heating the water if many people intend to shower at the same time.
Patio/wooden deck with dining furniture and barbecue. Barbecue charcoal is not included.

Private parking for 2 cars in the yard next to the cottage. The cottage is located on our farm behind our residential house.
Walking distance of 10 minutes to the city center with shops and to Sunne's summerland and swimming area as well as camping. About 10 km to Mårbacka and Sunne Ski & Bike. 4 km to Rottneros park with Västanå theater and golf course. Approximately 10-minute walk from the train station.

Other things to note
No charging of electric cars may take place on the property.
Smoking is not allowed either inside or outside. No pets allowed.
The guest cleans up upon departure. The cottage is left in the same cleaned condition as upon arrival. Cleaning products in the cleaning cabinet.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price but the guest must make the beds themselves upon arrival and must use the beds.
Towels should not be taken to the beach. Beach towels are not included.
Self check-in with code on the door.
Children's travel bed and children's high chair are available, but you must notify us if you need them as they are not in the cottage.
Trash cans outside the door are emptied by the hosts.
For long-term stays over 7 days, guests are responsible for their own purchase of consumables such as coffee, shampoo, toilet paper and laundry detergent.
