The space
Accommodation consisting of living room with sleeping alcove. In the sleeping alcove, there is a double bed (140 cm). In the room, there is a sofa bed (140 cm). In the separate kitchen, there is seating for four people. Simple kitchen equipment with two stovetop burners, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker and porcelain. Barbecue facilities can be arranged on request. Spacious bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. Hot and cold water. Free parking on the street outside.
Towels and sheets are not included.
A crib (travel bed) for children is available to borrow upon request. High chair can also be borrowed on request.
Guest are expected to clean before check-out. Cleaning products are available to borrow.

Relax in a unique and quiet home with a deck and balcony while being close to the city. This typical Swedish, red house is located in Lindö, Norrköping, Östergötland County, Sweden. The accommodation is located a few minutes walk from the beach and marina in Bråviken. In less than ten minutes you drive or take a bus into the city. This beautiful old and picturesque villa of 74 sqm from 1931 has been carefully renovated and decorated for modern accommodation with full equipment.

The space
Newly built A-frame house with open floor plan and generous size of kitchen and living room for maximum comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped. Double bed is upstairs in the cozy sleeping loft. Sofa bed that is easy to fold down is in the living room. If you want to borrow an air mattress, that's fine. Storage is available under the bed in the sleeping loft. Four large drawers (57x92 cm).
Street or driveway parking free of charge. The rent includes electricity, water, garbage collection and internet.
Tram track 2 runs right outside the door and track 3 is 200 meters away, which takes you to all parts of the city.
Guest access
Access to the back of the large garden with most outdoor furniture groups. Shares this area with the residential house, which during the summer is sometimes also rented out. However, the size of the plot makes it possible to create privacy.
For long stays, it is okay to borrow our washing machine and larger freezer compartment. There is a small freezer compartment in the fridge in the Attefall house.
Other things to note
Guests need to bring their own bed linens and towels. The guest cleans the last day according to instructions and checks out before 11 am.

Welcome to our guesthouse where you can enjoy free time. The house is secluded on our property with Bråviken just outside the window. If you want to borrow a kayak or Canadian, that's fine. You are also welcome to borrow our wood-fired sauna on the dock. From there you can then take a swim in Bråviken.
Åby is 3 km away and Norrköping Central Station is 7 km away.

The space
Welcome to the Guest House of our beloved Schweizer Villa, a peaceful oasis on a secluded property of 25,000 m².
This charming villa, built in the mid-1800s, is now our family home, complete with a main house and a modern guesthouse, surrounded by forest and nature. There is a large lawn perfect for children's play and outdoor activities.
Enjoy a relaxing escape from everyday stress with scenic walks, either along marked trails or freely thanks to the Swedish right of public access. In the summer, there are plenty of blueberries to pick in the forest, and in autumn you can find mushrooms nearby. We often have visits from local birds, deer, and sometimes elks.
Nearby, you can also find ocean views and a golf course within walking distance. The nearest supermarket, petrol station, and bakery are less than 10 minutes away by car, and central Norrköping, with its lovely restaurants, museums, and shopping options, only 15 minutes away.
The ocean (Bråviken) is reached by a 300-meter walk (paved road or forest trail) and offers swimming opportunities from the village's jetty. A further walk along the shoreline will take you to the next village – Marby – with swimming opportunities also suitable for small children.
The Guest House at Schweizervillan is located approximately 30 meters from the main house is a journey back in time to when high society’s summer residences flourished. It is a historic setting with modern amenities, containing a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom (renovated in 2024), a living room (sofa bed for two), a separate bedroom, and our favorite room – the big glass veranda with a dining area and lounge area.
You can enjoy your private part of the garden at the back of the Guesthouse, offering seating options including a barbeques.
