The space
The house is best suited for 2 people or a smaller family. Travel crib, and high chair are available to borrow, note that gates are missing in the stairs. The cottage has a kitchen/living room, bedroom, toilet and shower, double bed (180 cm), single bed (105 cm) and a sofa bed (140 cm).

Guest access
The cottage shares a plot with us, so it's important that we show each other consideration. There are horses and sheep in the pastures outside and there are cats, dogs and chickens nearby. If you have a dog with you, it should be on a leash. There's no fence around the property.

Gräddö is a cozy village with a lot to discover. Restaurant, kayak rental and grocery store within walking distance. Welcome!

Relax and enjoy in this modern guest house near Norrtälje with nature directly at the highway. The house has its own garden with grass lawn and patio and a 6 km walking path through beautiful forest directly by the gate. There is also swimming nearby. On Rådmansö, there are many activities available during spring and summer with nice boat trips out into the northern archipelago, paddling, swimming, cafes/restaurants and Norrtälje city very accessible about 10 minutes from the property.

The house that is modern and newly built is 32 sqm which includes a sleeping loft of 7 sqm.
It is winter equipped with heat sources.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has Fridge (with freezer) oven, injection hob, microwave and a kettle.
The bathroom has underfloor heating, toilet, shower, towel dryer and a 4 kilo washing machine. The sink has good storage underneath.
The living room has a high double closet with storage for clothes and the sofa can be pulled out to a double bed.
The sleeping loft is accessed by a ladder and has a 160 double bed or two 80 beds.

Welcome to our home at Resarö in Stockholm Archipelago. A perfect place for those looking for an idyllic and peaceful place with close proximity to swimming, outdoor activities, the archipelago and Stockholm.

The space
The small place is bright and fresh with everything that might be needed for a comfortable stay. In the big room there is a double bed (180 cm), a sofa and a small kitchen with dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and kitchenware, fridge, stove with two burners, microwave, Nespresso brewer and press maker as well as dishwasher. In the bathroom there is a toilet, sink and shower.

Guest access
The property is on top of our garage which is in a separate building but close to the house where we live. The entrance is next to the garage doors and from there a staircase goes directly up to the home. Outside the entrance, there is a seating area available that can be moved to sun, shade or covered. Our lot is a shot lot so the garage is accessed by a longer driveway up a hill.

You park the car right at your doorstep. The accommodation is best suited for two adults but an extra bed for children can be offered in the form of an air mattress.

Bed linen, towels and final cleaning is included when you book.

Other things to note
From the accommodation you are close to most things. It is about 600 meters to a swimming area with a small beach and a swimming ladder that is perfect for the morning swim. If you take a walk of approximately 700 meters you will get to the grocery store where the bus stop is also located.

On Resarö there is a grocery store as well as a summer cafe with rights and tennis courts outdoors that are easily booked online. Only 5 kilometers away is the archipelago idyll Vaxholm with shops, fortress, ice cream parlors and restaurants. There are pharmacies and Systembolaget as well as a large selection of archipelago ferries to either get further out into the archipelago or into Stockholm (an hour by boat). Also on Resarö there is a jetty for archipelago ferries, see more information on Waxholmsbolaget's website, search Ytterby Brygga.

There is plenty of activities to do. In addition to tennis and paddle, there are several golf courses in the nearby area, the possibility to rent a kayak or SUP at Kanotcenter, challenge yourself on the high-altitude course at Vaxholm Skypark or explore Bogesund nature reserve with castle cafe, beautiful hiking trails and sandy beaches.

To Stockholm, it takes 30 minutes by car and 45 minutes with bus.

The space
In the Cottage, with an indoor airy area of 36 sqm, you will find a lovely bathroom, a well equipped small kitchen, a beautiful and comfortable four-poster bed (200 cm x 160 cm), a dining and coffee-table, a nice fireplace, and leather armchairs and a sofa. Of course you will have wifi (fibre) for your computer/tablet/mobile (100 Mbit/s).

Around the Cottage there is a large sunny veranda with lounge chairs and a dining table. From the house you can see a glimpse of the Baltic sea which is only 120 meters away. If you want to take a refreshing swim: within the distance of two kilometers there are eight places to discover, the closest jetty is just 500 meters away.

In Vaxholm you will find several restaurants, the fortress Vaxholms Kastell (1548-1833), cafés, and a harbour. The Vaxholm surroundings offer you plenty of activities. From Vaxholm you can go on breathtaking boat trips into the archipelago, or into central Stockholm (an one hour trip). Then you have all things to do in Stockholm. Getting around:

You have 10 minutes (by car) to Vaxholm from the Cottage. It takes 35 minutes by car to Stockholm, and 50 minutes to the airport Arlanda. The bus station is located 1 kilometre from the Cottage; by bus it takes 50 minutes into Stockholm city and 15 minutes into Vaxholm. The local supermarket is next to the bus station (1 kilometre from the Cottage) and it is open every day between 8 am-21 pm.

Guest access
You have access to the guesthouse, the veranda around it and the whole garden from the guesthouse down to the small road (approx. 1500 square meters). If you've an electric car, there's a charger at the free parking.

Close to grocery stores, restaurants and café. Kottlasjön with several swimming opportunities and Breviksbadet (outdoor pool) within walking distance.

For larger sandy beaches, you can get there by bus or by car.

Charming cottage with seaview in Stockholm archipelago, on the island of Storholmen, about 30 minutes from downtown Stockholm. Unique environment on car-free island.

The space
The cottage is on an island called Storholmen, outside Lidingö, with a rural atmosphere despit the proximity to the city. A commuter ferry is running several times a day and takes you to the metro in 30 minutes.
The cottage is built in countrystyle but has a modern standard.
There is a full kitchen, dining area in the living room, bathroom and loft. Lake view.

Guest access
You’ll have access to the entire house and garden, as well as a canoe for exploring the surroundings.

Storholmen is a tranquil, car-free island with walking paths, abundant birdlife, and a peaceful, rural environment. It’s the perfect place to unwind — whether you're reading, fishing, canoeing, or just relaxing on the beach.

If you’re looking for nightlife and parties, you’ll need to head into central Stockholm. On the island, however, you'll find a restaurant open on weekends where you can enjoy food and drinks, meet the friendly locals, and learn about the island’s happenings.

Just a few minutes away is Bogesundslandet, a vast nature reserve with hiking trails, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts.

Newly built guesthouse on an Island just 30 minutes away from Stockholm city center. Everything there is to enjoy on the island is 5-10 minutes away, including a bech n the South side, a restaurant on the East side and a place to play Bocci on the top of the Island. If you feel the need to escape, there is a ferry that will take you to the nerest subwaystation in 30 minutes and then a train will have you in the center within 5 minutes.

Fredriksro beautifully located near the waterfront was built in 1892 and now owned by the sixth generation! It is close to a nature preservation with paths for walking, biking, hiking and jogging. Being close to the water you have surfing, rowing, diving and a beach for the small ones. There is also a tennis and paddle court nearby.
To get around a car is to recommend . We are 30 min from central Stockholm and about 10 min from the shopping.

The space
Guest house has a master bedroom and room for a crib. Upstairs is a double bed. In the kitchen is also a daybed. The kitchen and the bathroom are well equipped and comfortable. Outside is a dining area with beautiful vue to the Baltic.

Guest access
The cottage which is situated about 200 yards from the main house. Although I live there, there is plenty of room around. A private road will take you down to the water which can be shared by other guests and family.
At the peak season it may happen that you have to share the beach with other rentals and family.

Other things to note
This cottage has room for 5 people. In the kitchen is a daybed more suitable for juniors and smaller children. The Lillstugan could well be an addition to the
guesthouse.

4 acres of lake plot in the middle of a nature reserve with walking distance to an archipelago restaurant. Possibility of board sports, rowing and sandy beach for the younger ones. In addition, with breathtakingly beautiful views of the fairway into Stockholm.

A car is preferable with 25 min to the center of Stockholm, It is 7min to Gustavsberg

Please note that you can only be 4 if the lake house is available otherwise you can be a maximum of 2 comfortable in the studio.

You share the 4 hectares of the property and the beach with the owner and another airbnb guesthouse.
