Good and well-planned basement apartment that serves as both an overnight apartment for the travel worker as well as the student for a little longer.

The toilet is of the grinder toilet type, which means that it makes a little noise when flushing, nothing wrong but completely in order so that it will not cause a blockage in the drain. However, it is important that ONLY toilet paper and the obvious things that leave the body are flushed down :) , absolutely not intimate products, paper towels, tops or other makeup products. This spacious apartment of 50 squaremetres in the bottom of our charming house is perfect for families, couples or friends.
Its located only 500 metres away from the city central station and you can easily walk to the city centre.
The apartment has a big luxorius bathroom with a big washbasin and a shower.
There are two seperated bedrooms. A smaller one with a bedsofa for two and a bigger one with a double bed combined with the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all facilities that you may need and there is a washing machine as well if you are in use of that. You share the washing room with us that lives in the house.

Free parking is right in front of the house.
