my places is secluded yet central. newly renovated apartment its located about 15 mins walk to nesparken and about 7 mins walk to bus stop and grocery stores. it takes about 5 mins by bus to Moss centre. here is a small room with 90cm bed. guess have access to shared kitchen and bathroom.

You live in a house from 1900. It has been an old school that has been converted into a detached house. The apartment is located on the 2. floor ( one stairs up from ground) and has its own entrance.
We live on the ground floor.
The view from the veranda is peaceful and makes you relax.

There are dogs living on the propety, but you will not come in contact with them if you don`t want to.

It is a 35 minutes drive to Oslo.
If you like hiking in the woods, this is the place for you. We live next to a forest with many marked hiking trails and seating
If you like swimming in fresh water, there is a prepared bathing area near the house.
It is a 10 minutes drive to bathing spots by the sea, if you prefer to swim in salt water

Welcome to my newly renovated apartment for rent. The apartment is located in the mix between nature and city life. The apartment is about 6 min walk to the Bus stop which goes almost every 10 mins to Moss sentrum. it takes about 4 mins by bus to the city center of Moss and walking is about 20 mins. The apartment is very close to Moss fire fight office.. the is a big lake in the neighbourhood and hiking possibilities around. Moss is a city of beaches and great parks.

This is a big room in an apartmen. the room contains 180×200cm bed and an in-build wardrobe where guest can hang their dresses. there is a shared bathroom and kitchen which the guess will share with me. Everything is on the same floor ( no climbing stairs). Guest can cook their own food. just remember to leave the kitchen tidy after you use.

Do you need a place to stay? This room has a lovely 180x200 Tempur bed, in addition there is a spacious mirrored closet with loads of storage space inside the room. The apartment is centrally located on the nature gem Jeløya, has easy access with keyless access and the possibility of parking by agreement in advance. To keep costs down, the tenant can choose to bring their own bed linen, or rent this, see more info further in the listing. :)

It is the one bedroom that is rented out, and basically it is only where you have the opportunity to stay unless something else is agreed with the landlord, this is because there may be other guests to take into account. You can also use a toilet.

When renting this room you have access to toilet during your stay. The room is only you/you who have access to during your stay, other amenities in the apartment are not available unless agreed with the landlord.

Other things to note
You have only rented a room in the apartment, and therefore you do not have access to other parts of the apartment without this being agreed and approved with the landlord. For info, there may also be other tenants/residents in the apartment while you are there. All guests must tidy up after themselves, and vacuum/mop floors and areas used.

To keep the price low, guests can bring their own bed linen. If you want to rent bed linen (sheets, duvet and pillowcases), this can be arranged for a broom of NOK. 125. It will then be afraid upon arrival. - The reason for this is simply that it is very time consuming with washing of bed linen, as well as to re/prepare this from guest to guest.
