Nice house of 25 sqm. 200 meters from Strandbaden mini golf tennis courts Klitterbadet and Skrea Strand! Falkenberg city center and the wonderful pizzeria Lilla Napoli are within 1km also Ica Skrea Strand.

Welcome to a small accommodation in our cottage on our property. The cottage is 15 m2, but has most of it for a working shorter stay. For those who want to live quietly and in a rural environment, but still close to the city center and coast and sea. The cottage is equipped for easier cooking. Distance to the city center by car about 10 min, Vallarnas open air theatre 10 min, Ge-Kås about 35 min, Skrea beach 15 min. Bring your own bedding. If you want to borrow, a cost of SEK 50/person will be charged. Pillow and duvet are provided in the cabin

In the bedroom, there is a queen-sized bed (160*200 cm) with spacious storage for clothes.

Check so that nothing is forgotten, for example, chargers. Please put bed linen and towels in the laundry room next door. A fresh, little cottage for 2 people (or for the small family with max 2 children) with a lovely view of the sea, about 7 km from Falkenberg's center and about 600 meters from a large, lovely sandy beach. Also close to the appreciated forest. The cottage is located on a small hill with a lovely sun deck outside and is equipped as follows:

Neighborhood, overview
Directly adjacent to the accommodation, there is a nice forest with trails that many of our guests visit and walk with their dogs. The balcony has now been rebuilt so that dog owners can let the dog off the leash
Getting around
Two hundred meters from the property, there is a bus connection to Falkenberg's city center, among other places. There is also possibilities to park your car on the beach, which is sometimes used by families with children who need to bring various toys and other packing to the beach.

The kitchenette is small but well-equipped for breakfast or lighter meals. The bathroom is not newly renovated, but feels fresh thanks to new shower walls and improved ventilation.
