The annex contains two rooms, bathroom and kitchenette (NOTE. Stovetop is not provided). Each room contains two beds, dining area overlooking the garden as well as a smart TV (there are no channels, but apps and built-in chromecast).

The annex belongs to four bicycles, which can be used free of charge. In addition, there is a dedicated covered terrace with charcoal grill where you can sit and enjoy the late summer evenings.

Our cozy Annex has 3 separate bedrooms of which 2 are upstairs. Annex is about 40 sqm and contains living room/kitchen out in one as well as bathroom. The house is located separately . From living room exit to huge terrace with garden furniture, etc. There is a slightly steep staircase for 1. Therefore, not good for older people

The space
Housing is cozy and perfectly located in Skagen with regard to visits to harbor or beach. Everything is at a distance.

Other things to note
Remember to bring bed linen, towels, and tea towels. This can also be rented for DKK 150 per set.

If you want to experience the authentic Skagen Østerby, our small annex might be something for you. The house is located in the middle of the old town, characterized by the yellow houses with small open gardens. The famous Skagen Sønderstrand is just 100 meters from the house.
Here you have easy access to the beach, city center, harbor, museums, Grenen and not least the magnificent nature that surrounds Skagen. Parking is available close to the house.

The space
The home is a small detached annex. The place is perfect for 1 person and can also be used for 2 people. The bed is on a loft, but the sofa can be made up if the loft is too challenging.
There is the possibility to make coffee and tea and there is a refrigerator.

The house is detached and there is a small terrace in front of the house that can be used.

Unique location surrounded by light, sea and heath. The annex, built in 2017, is quiet and peaceful with all modern amenities. There is an electric kettle, but other cooking takes place on an outdoor stove and gas grill. In addition to the indoor bathroom, there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bike path and local train that can be reached in 10 minutes to Skagen. Facilities at Skagen Strand can be used for a fee.

The space
The annex is in one level, but with high ceilings, which can be arranged with extra beds if desired. It should be noted that the staircase is fixed - and acts as a rib.

Cozy annexe with teresse is rented for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children. Not 4 adults) The annex is located right next to Skagen's beautiful nature and with a 15 minute walk to the city center.

The space
The property can accommodate 4 people. 2 adults in the bedroom and 2 children on a sofa bed, which is in the living room.
The space is bright and friendly and is easy to get around. In the kitchen there is a fridge/freezer, ceramic comforter, pyrolysis oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking kettle as well as various kitchen utensils and dishes. So you can easily enjoy cooking.

Other things to note
There are the most important necessities when coming to the annex. So there are cloths, toilet paper, dishes, cleaning supplies.
It is the guest's sole responsibility to supplement the above if there is a need for reimbursement during the stay.

The guesthouse is very spacious, and there is plenty of room for 2, but in case of more overnight stays than one should be aware that some will have to sleep in the living room/kitchen area.
There is a nice large kitchen-living room, as well as a newer bathroom. There is also the possibility of being screened outside in the courtyard.
