Located in scenic area close to Skagen (50 m to the train). 100 m to Skagen Strand with swimming pool etc. that can be used.

The key is in the door. It's a slammed lock, so NEVER leave the key inside the annexe and then go out and close the door.

There is no payment for cleaning. It can be purchased for 300 Dkr payable upon arrival.
Final cleaning: When you travel, please leave it neat for the next guests. Remember to trash in the trash and new bags in it. There is no water on the floor and the used towel, dishcloth and dishcloth are hung in the carport. The floor is swept / vacuumed and if necessary washed. REMEMBER to leave the key at the door.

There is no charge for cleaning. It can be purchased additionally for DKK 300, which is paid on arrival.

The space
This small holiday cottage is an annex located in Østerby, approx. 150 metres from the beach. Kitchenette with a small dining section and living room. A ladder leads up to the bed loft, where you find two frame mattresses. There is a lawn where you can barbecue and suntan. The annex / mini-cottage has been built so that it shares land with the main house.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The farm Toftegarden Guesthouse is located a 7-10 minutes walk from the train station, city center, shopping street Sankt Laurentiievej and the beach. In a cosy, quiet and typical Skagen environment we offer accommodation all year around, rental of apartments and rooms centered around self-service. We have a total of 28 beds (+ 7 extra beds if needed) and a conference/party room suitable for smaller conferences/meetings and parties. We have decorated all of our apartments in a classical and “hyggelig” Skagen style. Our courtyard givs room for relaxation and wellness with outdoor furniture, a small fontaine, flowers handpicked for our courtyard, sunbeds and barbecue. We have free parking on and around the farm.
