Cool and comfortable private bedroom in a spacious but cozy apartment right in the heart of Grim, a peaceful and laidback neighbourhood only 15 minutes walk from the city. Norways grandest park Ravnedalen is your playground, and Baneheia's forests and lakes are just outside the doorstep. Enjoy the view from two balconies while sipping your morning tea or coffee. Stay affordable, central and comfortable in walking distance to all the amenities in the center of Kristiansand!

The comfortable bed in the room is 90 cm. There is also an armchair, office chair and small work table in the room.

The room is on the 2nd floor of Villa Lilla. You will share a kitchen, living room and bathroom with the other guests and me. There can be a maximum of 5 people renting at the same time. In such cases I do not use the common areas myself.

There is no wifi or TV in Villa Lilla. Here we live analogously. 🌺

Please note that access to the bathroom/toilet is via walk-through room which is also rented out. The part that is rented is secluded with light wall/screen tray. It is quiet time between 11pm and 7am and guests are required to take this into account.
