The accommodation
As you enter the middle floor, you are greeted by a spacious living room that is adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a small dining table with four chairs, while the living room offers space for larger parties at a larger dining table. There is also a cozy fireplace, a comfortable sofa and coffee table. From both the kitchen and the living room you can enjoy the magnificent views of the grounds and the water. On this floor there is also a bathroom with a bathtub.

Downstairs to the basement level you will find the spacious master bedroom, equipped with a large double bed and a cozy fireplace for extra comfort. There is also an extra toilet.

On the top floor there are three bedrooms - two with double beds and one with two single beds. Up here there is also a bathroom with shower.

The house exudes coziness, but what really stands out is the fantastic location. The large plot offers plenty of grassy space for various activities, and you have access to a private beach where you can swim or enjoy the tranquility from the dock.

Should you be more than 10, it is okay to ask a question. In terms of the number of beds, it is not optimal with more, but if you are, for example, a larger group of golfers who have booked a game at BroHof and want to stay or socialize together at the house, it may be possible if you ask.

Welcome to a mini-residence in the heart of Uppland, close to nature and tranquility, but not far from the city. Here you get access to your own compact cottage with a private and cozy garden. The space
The cottage is a Tiny House of 8 sqm with everything needed for an easy and uncomplicated stay. There is a family bed with room for three people, the bottom bed is 140 cm and the upper one is 90 cm. The cottage has a comfortable workspace with office chair and desk as well as fast internet via fiber for remote work.

There is a simpler kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle and private outdoor kitchen with sink. There is no stove or hot plate. The property has a spacious wardrobe with a clothing rack.

Bathroom and WC are located in a shared service house about 100 metres from the property.

During the summer season (May-September) there is cold water in the outdoor kitchen in the yard. During the winter season (October-April) there is water to be collected in containers in the service house 100 meters away.

The property is reachable by public transport and a walk of about 2 km. Bus 579 stops at stop Nedergården. From there, it is a walk of 2 km along the country road and forest road, see in the pictures for information.

We keep temperate at the room at max 20 C due to high energy cost. Not allowed in cold weather to keep windows open for longer period, the sensors of the hitter will turn it off.

The fifth bed consists of an extra bed that easily folds up. A wooden crib is also available to borrow. In the sauna house, there is also a nice relaxation area for unwinding between sauna sessions. The house stands on a large, delightful plot surrounded by trees and vegetation, with a landscaped barbecue area nearby and a charcoal grill with seating groups that invite pleasant dinners. A few kilometers away is a nice beach with a jetty, where you can also rent paddleboards and canoes from the owner on-site if desired. Perfect for a little trip out on Lake Mälaren to Sigtuna harbor, which is within easy reach. As you enter the middle floor, you are greeted by a spacious living room that is adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a small dining table with four chairs, while the living room offers space for larger parties at a larger dining table. There is also a cozy fireplace, a comfortable sofa and coffee table. From both the kitchen and the living room you can enjoy the magnificent views of the grounds and the water. On this floor there is also a bathroom with a bathtub.

Downstairs to the basement level you will find the spacious master bedroom, equipped with a large double bed and a cozy fireplace for extra comfort. There is also an extra toilet.

On the top floor there are three bedrooms - two with double beds and one with two single beds. Up here there is also a bathroom with shower.

The house exudes coziness, but what really stands out is the fantastic location. The large plot offers plenty of grassy space for various activities, and you have access to a private beach where you can swim or enjoy the tranquility from the dock.

We do not allow parties in the house without our permission, if you book and have a party or are more than allowed, you risk having to leave the same day.
It's okay to ask if you want to organize an event or similar, but let us know beforehand.

There are 8 beds in the house and 2 extra beds can be arranged to place where you want. During summer, there is also a small cabin available with a bunk bed (Not insulated)
Should you be more than 10, it is okay to ask a question. In terms of the number of beds, it is not optimal with more, but if you are, for example, a larger group of golfers who have booked a game at BroHof and want to stay or socialize together at the house, it may be possible if you ask.

The house owners are allergic so unfortunately no dogs or cats can be in the house!

We help you get to and from the island. The boat trip takes about 3 minutes from the mainland to the island. Parking is available adjacent to the jetty.

The house is located on an island with no regular boat traffic. If you want to get to and from the mainland during your stay, you need to be able to solve it yourself. A small boat is included in the rent. It is suitable for a few people in good weather conditions. The weather is mostly favorable, but you must be able to make your own assessment of whether safe transport can take place based on the boat, number of people and weather conditions.

Renters who have documented boating experience can rent our large boat. It is not included in the normal rent. The boat is 21 feet and it can transport 10 people at a time. The price for boat hire is SEK 5,000 per week excluding fuel costs.

We recommend that renters either have boating experience or plan to stay on the island during their stay.
