35 km north of Lahti, the Lahdenpoukama cabin is located on the shore of the clear and clean Ruotsalainen lake (30 m). The beach is hard and steadily deepening. Residents have two kayaks on the beach, one single and the other two-seater. Two new SUP boards and a rowing boat. The large, long platform makes it easier to use these hobby tools. In the clear water lake there is something to wonder about even for a snorkeler.

Lahdenpoukama is a cozy, clean and well-equipped log cabin (built 1996) with three bedrooms, a spacious living room and a kitchen. The kitchen has a dining table for eight, also with a view of the lake.

The cottage's three bedrooms comfortably offer your own peace for rest or work. One bedroom has a large double bed, the second has a 120 cm bed and the third has an 80 cm bed. In addition, two thick spare mattresses. In bathroom there is a shower, toilet, mirror cabinet and sink. The cottage has an air source heat pump. There isn't any sauna in the cottage, but there is a lakeside tent sauna available.

On the cottage's covered terrace, you can enjoy the lake view. An atmospheric barbecue hut allows you to cook outside in the summer protected from the weather, and the new Saunacube tent sauna, which gives good steam, is right next to the beach. After the sauna and swimming, you can cool off at home, fry sausages or grill fish and enjoy sauna drinks. Pretty nice! In addition to the barbecue house, a portable charcoal grill is available.

The property is intended for a peaceful holiday, e.g. for families, and is not rented to groups under 25 years of age or e.g. stag or hen parties. The Vääksy canal, the Kalkkisten center with its wineries and the unique Pulkkilanharju's nature trails are examples of destinations in the area that are worth visiting especially in summer!

This place is a perfect choice for customers looking for a traditional Finnish cabin holiday! Cozy 50 m² log cabin by the lake Vesijärvi in Asikkala offers good holiday facilities for families of 4+2 persons with children. Build in 1994. You can also bring a small pet. There is no traffic passing by near the cabin, because it is located at the end of the road.

10 km to the south from Vääksy, lake Vesijärvi 30 m, shallow hard clay bottom with thin sand layer, pier, rowing boat, log-built cabin (1994), living room, living room/kitchen, bedroom with double bed on the ground floor, bedroom with two beds in the loft, sofa bed (140 x 190 bed) in the hall of loft. The nearest cabin neighbors are located within 50-100 meters, protective vegetation and trees between the cabins.
Near the beach you can barbecue with a kettle grilll while enjoying the evening sun. You have your own rowing boat available and the possibility to rent an outboard motor (check the reservation situation in advance). The cabin is located on a gentle slope, stairs down to the shore. The distance to the beach is about 30 meters.

The cabin is equipped with amenities, so even a longer stay will go well.
Wood-heated sauna offers soft steams. Shower and WC are in the same room in connection with the sauna.
The kitchen is equipped with tableware for six people and all necessary cooking utensils. Dining table can be extended for six people. Heat reserving fireplace in the cabin gives nice extra heat, air source heat pump is also available. There is also a travel cot, high chair for a baby and potty for the youngest members of the family.

This cabin is quite old and therefore some worn and torn can be seen on the surfaces as well as some marks of calcium-rich water.

The destination has the International Green Key certificate for sustainable tourism. The environmental work of Green Key certified sites includes e.g. resource efficiency by saving water and energy consumption, waste reduction and recycling.

- "Das Haus liegt absolut idyllisch...man kann direkt aus dem Haus geschützt nach der Sauna im See baden. Jogin ist auch direkt in der Nähe möglich. This spacious and bright house is located in a quiet area, less than 15 minutes by car from the center of Lahti, and is suitable for traveling alone, in pairs or with a pet.

The place is best for people traveling by car. You can also get there by bus, which takes about 40 minutes from the travel center/train station. Half of this is walking. The last bus leaves the city for here at 10:39 pm.

Since the house is inhabited by dogs, this place is not suitable for allergy sufferers.

We are full-time opera singers, and in Kulttuurikartano, we offer other services in addition to bed and breakfast: you can buy singing lessons, get a private classical concert or get a relaxing massage. There is a sauna in the house with wood sauna stove.
Bathroom upstairs is reserved only for the guests.
There is three bedrooms available in the house and this is the largest one. The bed is extra long and wide, 210 x 180 cm. Bed can also divided in 2 different units.
