The area in Gamla Upper is very nice and silent and very close to the nature, to go hiking or by bicycle.

You can rent the studio for short or long time, one night or more but the apartment is perfect to stay in for a longer time, always discount if you stay longer.

The bus stop is just about 100meter and you have free car parking outside the house, there is a bike you can use for free, its easy to go by bike in Uppsala, it’s about 4 km to Uppsala city.

If you have the bike you are responsible to keep it in good condition, and if gets stolen you have to pay 2500kronor.

Stay with Pia. I welcome female guests to large (16 sqm) cozy room on quiet street. Close to the university, the cathedral and other places of interest. Quiet area. Ten-minute walk to city. Grocery stores, cafes, and restaurant nearby. Several buses nearby. Ten minutes by bus to Central Station. 45 min by train to Stockholm.

The space
It is an apartment and I live there myself. The apartment is located half a staircase up from the street. You have your own nice room and share the kitchen and bathroom with me. Sheets and towels are not included. Cleaning your room you have to take care of yourself and keep tidy in the kitchen and bathroom we help you with. The kitchen is fully equipped and you use what you need.
There is a laundry room with washing machines and a dryer in the basement. These can be booked using me.
In summer there is a garden with outdoor furniture that everyone in the house has access to.

Guest access
You have your own room, but share the kitchen and bathroom with me. In the room, there is a closet that you have.
Free Wi-fi.
I make sure you have sheets and towels. There's also a shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathroom.

Other things to note
The house is designed by city architect Gunnar Leche and dates back to 1937. There is high ceilings and nice atmosphere in the house and the apartment.
If you need parking, there are usually places on the street outside and it costs 10:-/hour (8am - 12pm).

Wellcome to a newly refurnished apartment at a great location in Uppsala. You'll find a well equipped kitchen, bathroom and Livingroom (this we share) one big bedroom with a 120 cm bed. If your arrive by car you'll find parking space just outside the apartment.
In summertime you can enjoy the lovely garden right outside the apartment.

The space
Bakery and restaurants are located 3 min down the road. Supermarket 10-15 min walk.
The main swimmingpool in Uppsala with fully equipt health-club (pay as you go) is also in same dustance. City center is 15 min walk or 5 min by bus (bus shop 2 min away). There are attractions such as nature walk-paths, museums and other attractions in close approximity. You are wellcome to email me in case you have further enquaries.

Other things to note
Please make du se you typer in the correct nummer of guests including children when booking your accomodation. If incorrect information is given I will charge an extra 500 SEK for every extra guest staying at the apartment.
Smoking is strictly forbidden indoors due to allegies.
You can drink the tapwater.
