Welcome to our charming guesthouse by the coast – a perfect place for those seeking peace and quiet near the sea. The cottage is located in a quiet environment, ideal for relaxation and nature experiences. At the same time, you have a comfortable walking distance to the bus stop with a smooth connection to Kungshamn, where you will find shops, restaurants and cozy harbor quarters.

Nice guest house of 25 sqm adjacent to the main building. The house consists of a living room/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet, sleeping loft is available. The kitchen is equipped with induction stovetop, microwave and fridge, access to freezer. Quiet location, about 100 meters to public swimming and 2 km to Kungshamn city center. Parking is not possible at the house, but you can load and unload the car at the property.

The entire guest house is at the disposal of the guest. There is a patio with chairs next to the house.

Guest house of 16m2 with secluded sleeping area with 2 bunk beds and kitchen area with kitchenette. Outdoor shower and private house with incineration toilet are available at the back guest house. Secluded patio with sea view and access to barbecue. Åbyfjorden with lovely sun stoves, grass areas and swimming jetty only 200m walk from the cabin. Nature with lovely forest walks around the corner. Holiday gems such as Kungshamn, Smögen and Hunnebostrand 10-15 km away.

The west coast, Bohuslän with warm cliffs, red boathouses, perfect fishing, water sports and exciting excursion destinations – it's no wonder we make a pilgrimage to this beautiful part of Västra Götaland, every year.
Läsarstugan has the sea in front of it with piers and boats. Here you can bring your coffee cup and walk down to the jetty and take a morning or evening swim or just enjoy.
Right next to the house, you can access the beautiful Kuststigen, a hiking trail in different stages with well-marked trails.
The space
Läsarstugan was completed in 2023, a 68 sqm home with a living room with a lovely ceiling height of about 6 meters. In the living room, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a corner sofa and TV.
On the first floor, there is also a separate bedroom with a double bed.
In the tiled bathroom, there is a shower, toilet and sink.
The cleaning equipment can be found under the stairs up to the upper floor.
Upstairs in the bedroom on the second floor are four beds, one of which is a double bed. Here, too, you have a fantastic view of the sea.
Directly adjacent to the accommodation is a terrace with a dining table and six position chairs as well as two sun loungers. There is also access to a gas grill.
Wonderful for those who have the ability to enjoy a good meal at sunset.
Guest access
As a guest, you are welcome to use Läsarstugan and the green area in front of the property. You can park your car in our common parking lot.
Other things to note
There is an opportunity to rent sheets and towels and if you do not want to clean yourself before departure, you can also buy that service from me. You pay for this on site.

Rental of towel set (1 small towel, 1 shower towel - may not be taken to the bath/sea): SEK 100/set
Ordering final cleaning: SEK 2,000
Should I, after your departure, judge that an emergency cleaning needs to be done, you will be charged for this in the amount of SEK 2,000.

Modern architect-designed guest house with hot tub and magical sea view. In the eye-catching the famous Sotekanalen on Ramsvikslandet that connects Smögen and Hunnebostrand. Walking and cycling distance to the sea, swimming, kayaking, Kungshamn and Smögen. Nice trails for hiking and cycling directly next to the house.
