Nice cottage in a peaceful environment with a sea view and close to nice salty baths. Welcome to this cottage with attached annex located in a sunny, quiet and peaceful area. Perfect location for the family who wants to live with a sea view near salty baths in scenic surroundings at the Buahed nature reserve with its fine hiking trails, wildlife and bathing spots. Nearby there is a ferry connection to Bohus-Malmön, which is an island in Bohuslän with genuine archipelago idyll in a varied environment with interesting history and beautiful views. In the summer idyll Kungshamn and in beautiful Knutsvik, this cozy cottage is located next to the mountain, with lovely lawn and in direct connection to forest with mountains. Ideal for families with children who love to go on a journey of discovery. The cottage has a private patio at the back with several outdoor groups and pergola. A couple of meters outside on the slope there is a lovely outdoor kitchen with barbecue and bar table for common hanging. There is both electricity and running water for cooking both lunch and dinner. On hot summer days there is also an outdoor shower on the plateau above the cottage. Entrance to the cottage directly adjacent to the terrace which has a spacious hall. To the left is one of the bedrooms which has a double bed, 140 cm. There is also a wardrobe for clothes storage and a TV. Next door is the cottage's bathroom which has a shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail. Straight ahead is the kitchen, complete with everything needed during the stay and kitchen table for those who are up early and want to grab a sandwich. To the right is the living room at an angle with a large lovely sofa and TV as well as a large dining area for shared meals. There is a single bed 80 cm and in the evenings you can light a cozy fire in the stove or enjoy the crickets playing if the balcony door is open to the terrace. Adjacent to the living room is another bedroom with wardrobe and a single bed, 80 cm. High chair and travel cot available. In the basement there is a freezer and washing machine. At the end of the lawn towards the forest edge is the friggeboden which has two single beds, 90 cm. Here it is popular for the older children to sleep and hang out together. The accommodation is intended for a maximum of 6 people + baby in a travel cot. Youth groups can not book the cottage without the guardian's company during the entire stay. Charging of electric car is available as well as space for friends in motorhomes, both through additions on site. There is also a mooring (2x6m) with a small boathouse and fishing gear that can be booked on site, as well as a loading ramp if you bring your own boat. Welcome to Bua Utsikten in Bohuslän on Sweden's west coast.
Here, an architect-designed house awaits you: a large 110 m² house with 6 beds.

The house was completed in the fall of 2015 and is therefore in absolutely top condition, with a fully equipped kitchen, a fully tiled bathroom, and a breathtaking view of the sea. This is particularly suitable for longer stays.

The house is located approximately 100 meters from a fantastic bay. In addition to saltwater swimming, there are also opportunities for fishing, hiking, and, of course, plenty of flora and fauna.

Bua Hed is one of the best-preserved coastal heathlands with heather in Bohuslän. The heath lies on a sandy sediment, which makes the flora on this subsoil quite sensitive. Heather and crowberry dominate this area, with patches containing high concentrations of various lichens.

There are many beautiful beaches among the rocky hills along the coast, and from the hills, you have wonderful views of the fjord landscape.

A total of 10 beds, a very well-equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, a winter garden, several terraces, and herb gardens.

We have gained a lot of experience renting houses from others and therefore want to ensure your comfort is as high as possible. You no longer need to worry about things like herbs, oils, flour, sugar, paper, coffee, tea, firewood, coal, candles, napkins, dishwashing, or cleaning utensils, as these everyday items are already provided and you are welcome to use them.

These two architectural jewels, newly built in 2015, enjoy a spectacular location right above the sea along the west coast of Sweden. Your extensive, private sun deck is nestled into the romantic stone coast. You can sunbathe here during the day in absolute privacy with a view of the sea and the island Malmön, and then spend leisurely grill evenings under a starry sky. From the sun deck, it is just a few steps to the sea about 100 metres away. Owing to the secluded location, you will need to arrive by car. Three parking spaces are available on site.

The adjacent holiday houses together (one measuring 110m², the other 40m²) can accommodate up to ten people and are ideally suited to a family or a group of friends who would like to spend their holiday together, whilst still retaining occasional privacy. Both houses have a light living and dining room with an integrated, luxuriously fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a spacious daylight bathroom. The living rooms provide comfortable sofas, TVs and an open fireplace for cosy warmth in the evening. The white and glossy built-in kitchens provide the latest appliances: a dishwasher, a ceramic hob with a cooker hood, an oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Both bathrooms have a walk-in shower cubicle with a rain showerhead, an extra-wide washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, and a toilet. The larger house can accommodate six people, the smaller house four people. Of the two bedrooms in the larger house, one is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200cm), the other with two bunk beds (measuring 105 x 200cm below and 90 x 200cm above). The two bedrooms in the smaller house each have a bunk bed (120 x 200cm below and 90 x 200cm above). You have your own washing machine and the reliable wireless Internet connection in both houses is included in the rental price. Bed linen and towels are available for a small fee.
