The space
When you arrive, there are 4 parking spaces, so there is plenty of space for everyone. I have made a special parking space for motorcycles, so they can stay under the roof. We can also store bicycles under the roof, as I have a locked garage where there are also tools if this is required :-)

There is a key box available and the code is provided the day before arrival.

There are 147 m2 available in a high basement with high ceilings, divided into 4 rooms, 3 double rooms and 1 single room.

Nice kitchen with dishwasher and dining area in extension, bathroom with wall-mounted toilet and shower.
Large activity room / living room with bar, TV, music, slot machine for the kids, dart pool, billiards and table tennis

Breakfast is not included, but when you book, ask about the possibility if you want this. I don't dare to post it as a permanent option, as I have work next to this :-)

I have had many visitors where I make a plan for what they should see during a weekend, so do not hesitate to ask me for advice.
I have often made driving trips to motorcycle clubs, moped clubs, card clubs, girlfriend gatherings, etc.

Has 25 kayaks that are super wide, about 82 cm, so you don't tip over in them. They are fishing kayaks, so they are good for a father/son trip with fishing rods. We are often on Limfjorden or Vester Vandet Sø where there are great nature experiences.
The price for this is 200 kr per kayak + delivery/pickup, which is 250 kr. The kayaks can be picked up if this is possible.

During your stay
I want to greet all my guests and welcome them. Sometimes it happens that we don't run together.

Other things to note
I enjoy having visitors and will try to help if you have forgotten your toothbrush, teddy bear or anything else during your visit.

If you need a ride to a party, just let me know, maybe I have time or Anton does :-)

At the time of writing, I have 4.82 out of 5 possible points and I am deeply grateful for that. It's not something I go and check, as I'm really just trying to treat everyone as I would like to be treated myself. I have good beds so everyone gets a good night's sleep. (it's gold B20 and a few rooms have gold B30)

There is a refrigerator on the way to the men's room / living room where there is beer and soda for 5 kr each.

It says that there are beds for 12 people and there are only 7 beds... Hmm, that's a bit strange... And yes, the question has been asked many times, but it's because I have a small neighboring house that I also rent out, but that I don't have pictures of on this page. But the house is quite nice and has 4 rooms, so there is actually room for many here on Solbakkevej :-)

A little about why B and B :-)

In 2016, when I started up with B and B, there were 2 rooms in the basement, but no kitchen. I had renovated the upper floor a few years before, but Mette, my girlfriend, moved and now good advice was more expensive. I had often considered B and B when I have traveled a lot with the job and thought it was cozy with these places.
I opened in May 2016 and in the first 6 weeks there was 1 overnight guest. Her name was Kirsten and she was from Viborg. During that time, I was under a lot of pressure, but luckily 2 wind turbine guests came who were just supposed to be here for a week, they moved out 3 months later and I was able to buy a used kitchen.
Since then, many sweet guests have come by and many come here again and it is so cozy :-)

Experience the coziness, peace, and nature in the old warehouse at the old railway station near Thy National Park.

The home is separate from the house with its own entrance, in the home there is everything you need. There are bed linens and towels for 2 people, if there are more, extra can be ordered, just write this in the inquiry.

You are welcome to use the outdoor areas and the fireplace as well as to look around, there are chickens and affectionate cats on the property. We are also around the garden ourselves.

After-school centrals in lovely Thy rent out a room or an entire department for 10 person via 5 rooms with bunk beds.

Lovely guest house. Smells clean and of new wood. Green and nice outside. Private small terrace with small garden. Double bed. Room for a cot. Own small good kitchen and toilet with cold water in the guest house. Access to large bathroom with nice hot bath and washing machine. Possibility to order excellent breakfast and dinner with us. The guest house is located in the garden between green trees. It's a wooden house. It is 7 meters from the house with the large bathroom.
There is a private terrace and garden for the guest house.
Everything is clean and tidy.
We are happy to make breakfast and dinner for a fee upon departure and with advance booking.

Next to the annex is our house with a large bathroom. We will agree on a time when you can use the bathroom every day without interference for the sake of privacy.

Nice, bright and newly built annex with its own entrance and its own private terrace. Located on a quiet, one-way gravel road in a nice end of the city. The water, shop and eateries can be reached by bike or on foot. Very close to beautiful hiking trails in the national park. Enjoy the tranquility, the surrounding nature and the garden. Possibility of parking right in front and boards or similar can be placed safely and securely.
In the main house, we live a small family of 3 as well as our cat.

Our guesthouse is located in Thy National Park. With access to “Nors Sø”, one of the cleanest lakes in DK, the house offers a special atmosphere, with nature as the main attraction. Enjoy bathing, fishing and bonfire in the evening breeze.
