The space
A large room, a dresser, a clothing rack, or closet, and a comfortable bed. Desk and office chair are available if desired. Separate entrance from the common passage. View from window or veranda. A large shared kitchen where you have your own shelves in the cabinet and refrigeration. Two bathrooms, usually one bathroom for two rooms, or even just for you. Laundry room/laundry corner with new modern appliances and an extra large sink.

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation 100 meters to the beach with free parking just outside the door on our own property. The accommodation is equipped with a kitchenette, bed linens and towels. Within a short distance, you can take a walk to the beach, park, citadel, restaurants, etc.
The space
The accommodation has a cozy atmosphere as soon as you get in. You feel at home because it is comfortably decorated.
There is an espresso machine, egg cooker, kettle and fridge so you can cook a light breakfast if you wish, otherwise there is also a microwave oven if you want to heat the food that you buy outside. There is a folding table available.

We're still renovating the outside. We will build a balcony so you can enjoy the amazing view of the sea while having a lovely drink on a nice summer day.
The accommodation is in a nice and quiet area where you feel safe. There is an older bike you can borrow if you want to explore further towards the beach as well as towards the city and the citadel.

This small apartment house is located in a lush garden in a residential area on the outskirts of Landskrona. Here you live in a cozy nest with a bunk bed for two people and your own small toilet. Adjacent to the room is a conservatory that is available during the stay. If you have a bike, there is safe storage for these. Shower and laundry are located in the main house basement.

The space
A small room with a bunk bed and connecting bathroom with toilet and sink. The room is located in an Attefall house on a garden plot next to the hosts' villa. Towels and bed sheets are included.
Guest access
Adjacent to the guest room is a conservatory and a large wooden deck that is free to use. Also the garden is free to enjoy.
Shower, laundry room, fridge, deck chairs, barbecue and storage of bicycles are available free of charge on request.
There is space to park your car for free on the street.
Other things to note
Our little dog is kind but would like to tell us when someone comes, therefore she often barks when we get a visit. However, she doesn't hurt a fly and she stops barking quite immediately. It is a miniature schnauzer that does not shed and is hypoallergenic (of course she is not allowed to stay in the guest room).
We have a 3 year old daughter.
A stones throw away there is a small play area. Just outside the villa area there is a commercial area with, among other things, grocery stores and fast food chains. There is also a nice bike path and proximity to all kinds of amenities. Nearby is also a large and good second hand shop. It is simply a quiet area close to most things.

This beautiful and historic house is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. In five minutes, you can walk to the sea, park, and castle, and 15 minutes to the city center. Built in 1918 as a farm house, it is now tucked away in our tranquil garden, complete with a patio, deck, and bbq.
The space
The guest house is in the backyard of the main house and is accessible from the street through a passageway. There is a door with a code lock to the passageway from the street.
The kitchen and main bedroom are located on the main floor of the house. Climb a (steep and narrow) flight of stairs to access the attic bedroom which has a low slanting ceiling. The two single beds in the attic can be pushed together to be used as a queen bed as well. From the kitchen, descend a flight of stairs to access the bathroom in the basement.

Right between Helsingborg and Landskrona is this picturesque fishing village overlooking Öresund and Ven. For those of you who are looking for peace and quiet, there is a place for recreation. We offer an exclusive newly built house for 2 people. Here you can swim on your own dock, hike along the beaches of Öresund and look for seals and porpoises.
The host couple offers rental of sea kayak, SUP, fishing equipment and boat trips.
Let your body and soul rest in the sunset over Öresund.

Guest house in the quiet fishing community of Ålabodarna, right on the beach of Öresund. The house is opposite the harborand there are swimming beaches closer than 100 meters. The guest house has a living room/kitchen, a large bedroom for 2 and a sleeping loft with low ceiling for 2. Dining table for 4 people and TV with local channels as well as Netflix. There is also patio and washing machine. If you have more than 4, there is a windshield on the crest of the hill, just above the guesthouse. Here you have a great view of the Sound!
The space
The floors are of Italian tiles and the walls of Swedish pine wood with "driftwood look". The sleeping loft has access to through a ladder that can be folded in against the wall. The large bedroom has 2 comfortable medium sized beds and a wardrobe. The bedroom also has its own front door and can be closed towards the hall with a sliding door. The sleeping loft has a low ceiling, but is super exciting for children and adults can also sleep there without any problems. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, oven, stovetop (induction), microwave, etc. In the hall there is a sturdy double wardrobe and a top loaded washing machine.
