The cottage is located in Åhus with one of the finest beaches in Sweden. The cottage is undisturbed and scenic with 5 minutes cycling to the city center and 15 minutes to the beach. The city bus takes 20 minutes to Kristianstad city. We can arrange bicycles for SEK 150/bike as a one-time fee. There is a patio with an awning and we have a warm pool that can sometimes be borrowed for an hour a day by agreement. We are usually available for tips and advice during the stay.

Welcome to our 51 sqm spacious guesthouse in a great location in central Åhus! From here you can easily get to the beach: 600 m, the event area: 750 m, the harbor/center with restaurants, ice cream parlors and shops: 800 m, grocery store: 700 m, the golf course: 2 km. Other Österlen is easily explored by car from Åhus.

The Guesthouse
Our guest house can comfortably accommodate four people. The property offers a separate bedroom with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe, a bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a modern kitchen adjacent to living room as well as a table with seating for four people. Access to two patios, one of which is shared, and part of the garden. WiFi available.

The space
The small guest house (25 square meters + loft) has space for 1-4 people. It might feel small for 4 people but there is room. You have access to a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, a loft with a bed for 2 people, a lounge area with a sofa bed and hanging swing chair as well as space to dine. There is also a deck outside the house to enjoy.

Kitchen: stove, oven, dish washer, kitchen and cleaning utilities.
Bathroom: toilet, shower, washing machine and small rack to dry clothes.
Downstairs lounge area: sofa bed (140 x 200 cm when used as bed), hanging swing chair, dining table with adjustable size (maximum 6 people). Small wardrobe.
Upstairs loft: Bed (160 x 200 cm), limited storing space on floor. Low ceiling (might be difficult to fit for example baby crib).

Guest house on our property that is located behind our house but separated with its own patio and access to a large natural plot. Just wake up and step right out into nature. Behind the cottage, there is a pine forest with winding paths and sand dunes. Choose that path to the sea or stroll on the gravel road along the river down to the beach. You have your own patio with furniture, barbecue and awning. There, wonderful evenings await in seclusion

Welcome to rent our annex with a central location in wonderful Åhus! We fill the fridge with really good breakfast and you have free access to coffee, tea and chocolate drinks. The location is close to everything but still quiet and nice. We have fast WiFi as well as Netflix, DVD and X-Box.

The space
The annex consists of two rooms and a kitchenette where you can cook simple food as well as a spacious bathroom that includes soap and shower cream. Hair dryer is also available. We've heard from guests that the beds are comfortable. All spaces are your own and you also have a patio with table and chairs and a parking space right by the annex.

The fridge is filled with good breakfast such as juice, butter, cheese, milk, yogurt and homemade jam and you have free access to coffee, tea and hot chocolate. If we're home, we deliver hot rolls for breakfast that we leave at the door. If not, we leave good bread in the annex.

Other things to note
Netflix, Blu-ray/DVD player and Xbox 360 with games are available free of charge in the annex.

Before you go, please do the dishes and remove the sheets and put them on the floor in the kitchen along with towels. Feel free to empty the trash as well.

Lovely modern accommodation in a house with 1930s character. Quiet area with access to a large fenced plot, 2 bedrooms upstairs and balcony. The space
The annex is filled with light and simplicity. Here you can live comfortably by yourself or bring the whole, small family with you. If you come by car, you park right next to the cottage.

The kitchen and living room are characterized by the light from the large windows. As an extension of the room, you simply push aside one of the windows and step out onto the large wooden deck. Maybe with the morning's first cup of coffee? In the living room/kitchen there is kitchen furniture and a comfortable sofa bed.

The small bedroom is completed by a comfortable bed with room for two. There is also an exit to the wooden deck.

Above the kitchen and bathroom is a cozy loft with comfortable beds on the floor.

Number of beds: one double bed (160), two beds in the loft (80) and one sofa bed (140). Max 6 people. Blankets and pillows are available. Bring your own bed linen. Sheets in sizes 160, 80 and 140 cm respectively. It is possible to rent bed linen, please send the request in a message.
