This basement space is located along quiet Stensövägen, and secluded in the house. Two blocks to the sea. The garden offers several places with garden furniture.
(BBQ ban applies in case of drought)

The basement room has on the same floor a private bathroom, toilet and shower. Laundry room is available and can be booked according to availability, ask the host. Thus, half of the basement is shared with a common area for other permanent tenants, for storage and use of the laundry room.

Our beautiful house and cabin are located in the popular Ängö city district only 600m to downtown and 30m to the water where you can take a dip in the ocean. We're a very social and traveled family looking for worldwide guests and look forward to help you enjoy Kalmar!

The space
The cabin is around 45sqm in total is divided in a living space with a small sofa and 1chair, a tv and a bunk bed with double bed under and a single bed on the top (the top bed is quite low to the ceiling, so please note this as it is best maybe for children or teens). There is a small kitchen pantry and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. This cabin is made for 2 adults and 1-2 kids (if two kids we fix an extra bed, but space may be limited). We are situated very close to downtown, 15 min walk to the cathedral and shops and 20 min walk to the castle. We are also close to nature, 30m to the water, 40m to a playground, 100m to the beach, boats, forest, canon renting and the Öland bridge by walk, bike or driving distance. For those who are interested in the Iron Man event, we are at the heart of it!!! There is no better place to be!!!

We live in the main house and have a patio on the side and some garden space in the back where our kids love to play or go pick some berries. We usually have many friends and guests so we ask for all guests to respect the space if possible, we will do the same with our kids. Kids love to play together and ours are no difference, if wanted they will happily share toys and play, but we try and keep them to our garden side :) Laundry is now installed. Please enjoy the sun with the patio furniture outside your cabin. We will work out best to try and arrange if something is missing and questions are always welcomed, so you can stop by and knock on the door at anytime when needed. We have kids as well so toys and baby stuff may be available if asked, we will try our best :)
