The guest house is located in Rammsjöstrand on Bjärehalvön, 5 km south of Torekov, Båstad municipality. Close to marina, swimming jetty and beautiful hiking areas.

A little cabin that is uniquely located on the beach in Kattvik, sit and enjoy the view of the whole bay, where you have Halmstad on the other side as well as Båstad nearby. Feel free to visit Kattvik's harbor, which has magical waffles in the summer and watch the fishermen come in with their boats. The children can also fish for crabs in the harbor which tend to be much appreciated.

Båstad is around the corner for those who want to visit.

On the lower floor, you will find the fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet, the well-equipped kitchen and living room with large panoramic windows and views of the sea as well as access to a private patio in a sunny western location.
A staircase leads up to the bedroom with 3 beds, one of which is a double bed (160 cm) and exit to the south-facing terrace. Everything is newly built with nice material choices and unique details.

The house is best reached by car. There is no municipal transportation to Kattvik and it may take time to get a taxi.

The accommodation is not suitable for children between about 6 months and about 4 years due to the steep staircase that lacks a child gate. High chair and crib are also missing.

Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited and cigarette butts must not be thrown on the ground.

The farm is located just 5 km from Torekov and the sea. Surrounded by meadows, old trees and horses this is a true haven. In south west you can view the sea and spot Kullen's lighthouse. The apartment is located in an old barn and is clearly separated from the main building with it's own garden and parking area.

We will be welcoming you to ensure you get a good stay.

Charming cottage in cozy Malen, in the middle of Båstad
About 200m to the beach and to the shop with a quiet location.
Approx: 35 sqm, kitchen/living room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. Bedroom 1: 2 single bed, bedroom 2: bunk bed (2 seats) and also sofa bed in the living room. In the kitchen there is a stove, fridge, microwave.
The cottage belongs to the patio on the South side facing the street, bounded by the apple trees. Please respect that the rest of the property does not belong to the rental.

The space
The cottage is in the middle of Båstad with still a very quiet location. 200 meters to the beach at Tångvägen is also quieter than by the harbor and perfect with small children.

The cottage also belongs to the patio, on the south side, facing the street, bounded by the apple thread. Please respect that the rest of the grounds including all accessories do not belong to this prospect.

There is a "starter pack" on soap, dish detergent, toilet paper, etc. For longer stays, you as a guest need to refill if it runs out.

Other things to note
The garbage bins are located on Gammelvägen side, outside the garage. Thin 1 is to throw organic waste on the right and residual waste in the left compartment. Thin 2 is for paper, cardboard boxes as well as various glasses. Read in the barrel which compartment applies to what. The third barrel of the brown lid is for garden waste only, where you throw organic waste from the garden as a multicade.

Cozy cottage in Båstad Hemmeslöv 350 meters from the beach.
When you rent our cabin, we want you to have a feeling like being at home, clean and fresh with most of the amenities and a comfortable bed.
The cottage is located by our house but is secluded from the main building. It is 32 sqm and consists of a combined living room/kitchen, 1 bedroom and toilet with shower, dresser and a combi machine.
The kitchen is fully equipped, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, a bar table with 3 bar stools. Idealist for 2 persons.

The space
When you stay in our brand new built cottage you will stay in a quiet area (Hemmeslöv) about 10 min bike path into Båstad harbor. Nearby (1,6 km) there is Entré Båstad where you will find Willys, Pharmacy, Friskis & Svettis, Båstad Seafood and some other shopping. 1 km from the cottage is also Nordic Wellness and the train station. 10 min walk away is Hotel Riviera Strand where you can eat fantastic good food.
The harbor in Båstad is a nice place for strolling around, watching boats and enjoying the sunset, where you will find several good restaurants. At Hotell Skansen there is possibility of a spa and cold bath house. Other popular excursions are Norrvikens Trädgårdar, Hovs Hallar, Boarp and Torekov.

Designed by our architect friend, our guest house on the top of a hill is perfect for anyone who likes clean lines, great views, lots of light and a timeless, tasteful mid-century Scandinavian feel. The little seaside town of Båstad is right at your feet, as well as beaches, cliffs, forests and fields. Welcome!

The space
This contemporary, stylish and compact house is situated at the edge of Båstad, overlooking the town and the bay. It is located about one kilometer from the center of Båstad with restaurants, cafés, shops, grocery stores and beaches. The hill from town to the house is fully possible to walk and cycle, but is quite steep. Most of our guests have a car.

From the house's parking space you have to walk uphill 25 meters to the house. This makes it unsuitable for anyone with compromised mobility, but very rewarding and inspiring once you reach the house.

The house is suitable for a couple, two couples or a small family. It is actually two houses a couple of meters apart, separated by a wooden deck.

House No. 1 is 50 m2 and has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a large closet, a kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, stove, oven a beautiful hand made wood bar counter, as well as a spacious living room. Please note that while there is an outdoor dining table, chairs and benches on the deck, the interior has a breakfast bar with four comfortable bar stools only.

House No. 2 is 15 m2 and contains a double bed and clothes storage. Surrounding the house are large terraces with sun from early morning to late afternoon. A large beech tree provides shade on one side of the deck. Outdoor furniture for dining and lounging is provided, as well as a barbecue.

The houses are rented out as one unit and can accommodate up to 4 people. Please be aware that the second bedroom is in a second house. The houses are never rented out to different parties, that is, if you are 2 people only, there will never be someone else in house number two.

In the summer peak season (late June to late August), we rent the house out on a weekly basis, Sunday–Sunday. Please inquire if you have other wishes, we reply right away. Winter, spring and fall, we are happy to rent out by the weekend (3 night minimum).

Rental includes both houses. The yard is shared with us (we live below the guest house down the hill), but there is a private feeling due to the steep hill. Access to one parking spot, please inquire ahead if you should need 2.

Other things to note
• We don't automatically add a cleaning fee but instead ask that you leave the house as you found it. If you prefer to pay for cleaning it's SEK 1000 to be paid onsite.
• Please note that Båstad is a summer resort. It's amazing all year (we live here!) but many restaurants, bars and cafés are seasonal. It's a fully functional small town all year with a couple of bigger hotels that offer great food, spa facilities and saunas as well as high quality small businesses. We are happy to help plan your stay in the off season!
• Our area is ideal for road biking and mountain biking which we love ourselves, and we are happy to help arrange bikes and guides.
