- "This was an excellent break from exploring big cities, and exactly what our family of five needed. Lutz and his wife were spectacular hosts, and worked to always ensure we had a relaxing time. From helping with access to the national park to a glass to go with our bottle of wine - always helpful. It was also remarkably affordable. We rented a 6 bed room which never felt small or cramped. Our neighbors were always fun and interesting, including the fun and well behaved dogs. Swimming in the river and great meals next door were a huge bonus too! My family will remember this as one of our highlights and will hope to return sometime in the future."

No, this is not a backdrop, living and eating with a view of the water is a much sought-after part of everyday holiday life in this floating holiday home. The light-flooded and open-plan living and dining area is located on the upper living level. While floor-to-ceiling window fronts provide a phenomenal panoramic view, the adjoining terrace invites you to enjoy barbecues together with guaranteed sunsets. From this terrace, an external staircase leads up to the 30 m² roof terrace with all-day sun, a beach chair and panoramic views over the marina, the Schlei and its estuary into the Baltic Sea. The floating holiday home has a bathing ladder and permanently installed fenders at the jetty.

Delicious holiday meals can be prepared in the modern and well-equipped galley adjoining the living area. The sleeping area of the floating house is located below deck.
