Located directly behind the dyke line and comprehensively renovated, our lovingly equipped "Backhaus" promises you a wonderful stay not far from the small coastal town of Bensersiel.

The house is about 60 square meters and belongs to the area of a heritage-protected Gulfhof, which has also been converted into apartments. You leave secluded from the hustle and bustle in the midst of a landscape and bird sanctuary. Sometimes you can still lying in bed watching the dike sheep grazing in the morning - more Ostfriesland is not!

During the renovation, we have put a lot of emphasis on charismatic details. The facade was lavishly cleaned, the joints cut out and grouted in historically correct shell limestone. Welcome to the Haus Bamberger. In romantic Leitzachtal between Fischbachau Aurach and on the B307 is the rural location perennials. Our house with the rural style Doppelzimmenr, invites you to relax and unwind. A cozy lounge has a TV (cable TV). From here you have an ideal starting point for hiking and mountain tours in our beautiful nature. In winter, the starting place is in the cross-country trails in the immediate vicinity and the ski Spitzing and Sudelfeld are easily reached by car in 10 minutes. Our large lawn with nice seating area invites you to relax. We look forward to you!

Lovely romantic villa with huge garden only 3 km from Berlin and close to beautiful lakes in which you can swim. Cycle (2 bikes available)or take a bus to the next station and from there within 1/2 hour you are in the heart of Germany`s capital. Perfect for families. Recently we also built a sauna and got 5 chickens.

The space
Summer is great in Germany. The best place to be with a family is close to Germany's capital but still close to nature to relax. Within a walking distance of 15 minutes you are on the shore of a lake in which you can cool down after a great day in Berlin or in Potsdam. Have a barbecue in our huge garden or just enjoy peace and quietness.
The house is from 1886, was renovated with love and is a house with French charm which means that not everything is perfect. But so far all visitors fell in love with our romantic villa.

Guest access
We live in our house so there will be personal things around. You will have access to all rooms, important things we will put away. The rooms are full of toys to play with, the kitchen is fully equipped. There is no airconditioning since that is not common in Germany but the house stays cool during summer. If it gets cold there is an open fire place and of course central heating.
There is one cat who belongs to the house called Pepper. When we are on holidays she needs feeding, which means that it would be so lovely of you to give her food once a day. When we are at home she moves in and out of the house as she wishes but she always sleeps outside.
Since September we got a young very lovely cat. He also walks in and out of the house but likes to be inside a lot. So you should like cats.
We also got 5 chickens.
