Our small Einödhof is located in what is probably the most beautiful valley in the Bavarian Forest, hidden on a mountain slope in the forest and only accessible via a forest path. Our visitors enjoy the tranquility and naturalness of the place and the cosiness of their holiday home. The massive log house offers a bathroom on the ground floor and a very large room with an open kitchen, dining area and living area. The cozy atmosphere is created by the central fireplace, the firewood is of course free of charge. The bedroom is located on the upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase in the house or via a sweeping outside staircase. In front of the log cabin there is a sheltered seating area with a sandpit and campfire area. There is a small mountain pond a few meters away. Bathing is allowed, but the water is freezing. Our hardworking chickens can, if desired, provide you with fresh, ecologically sound eggs. Pets are welcome but must be registered

If you arrive by train, we will be happy to pick you up from the train station and take you there again. You can go on holiday with us even without a car, but only if you like hiking.

At the foot of the famous Abbey Andechs and above the village of Erling, the holiday region offers peace and relaxation.
The monastery itself can be reached in 15 minutes on foot and can thus benefit from a relaxing visit to the monastery church or the Bräustüberl. Also a supermarket with own bakery, as well as a pharmacy and a bank are within walking distance in a few minutes.
The Ammersee is only 5 km away and the other 4 lakes of the Fünf-Seenland can be reached within a maximum of 20 minutes by car or on a nice bike tour.

The bungalow:
The living space of the bungalow is 55.5 sqm and is equipped with oak parquet.

The house is located on the property of the landlord and access to the house via a long staircase, so our "small house on the lake" is unfortunately not barrier-free. On the property our little holiday guests can also play in a covered sandpit.

Your well behaved dog is welcome on request. We charge for a dog 5 EUR per day (cash on the spot), our property is fenced. You also have the option to rent a linen package with towels and bed linen for EUR 10 per package. The final cleaning is included in the price.

In the dreamy village of Waldsieversdorf you will find Café Tilia (about 10 minutes' walk), a public bathing establishment with boat rental, slide, deep and shallow bathing area and snack / café (5 minutes' walk), a playground (5 minutes' walk) and the restaurant "Old Forest House" with traditional German cuisine (about 35 minutes).

The Buschmühlenteich is the only one of seven former water mills in the Silver Creek in Horn-Bad Meinberg, which has not yet received all water surfaces and Wassserläufe including water wheel outside of the court, as well as the Müller family 200 or 300 years ago cultivated here. And the building itself is almost get the entire mill technology - a rare sight in our time, and one reason for the preservation of the building complex.

The Buschmühlenteich is a small farm using organic methods, have a permanent place in the course animals.
We are currently living with Iceland 6 horses, 2 cows Angus, 13 sheep, 4 ducks and 20 chickens. Horses, cows and sheep grazing humanely in our meadows. In winter, the two stables with comfortable chewing animals are a great place for a little mulled wine.

Our "strict budget" is one of our Leonberger dog Elli and the Gang of Three Lucky Cats, Joschi and Tom.
For life and baby animals on the farm is thus ensured.
All animals are friendly and personable and look forward to additional pats by our guests - with the possible exception of ducks and chickens.

Our brand new, very quiet apartment was furnished with love and taste by us. The 85sqm apartment is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. There is a parking lot directly in front of it. It has three rooms and a very nice, covered patio, right in front of the kitchen. Of course, our extensive garden can also be used. Garden furniture and deck chairs are ready for you.
The two comfortably furnished bedrooms are furnished with a double bed / box spring bed (180 x 200cm) - a cot is available if required.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, refrigerator, coffee pad machine and all the necessary kitchen appliances.
There is a Swedish stove in the living room, which creates an idyllic, homely atmosphere in winter.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and has a window.
All in all, the apartment is very comfortably and tastefully furnished, located on the edge of Heitersheim, in a very quiet and idyllic location. It has WiFi, two HD TVs (in the living room and bedroom, one with NETFLIX), parquet and stone floors.

Our exclusive top floor apartment (approx. 40sqm) is a perfect place for two people to stay on the weekend or for a longer trip to Dresden. The direct location in the Harz low mountain range offers countless opportunities for extensive bike tours (ideally by mountain bike). In the nearby towns, such as B. Clausthal Zellerfeld or Hahnenklee, winter sports fans can let off steam on various ski slopes, cross-country trails or toboggan runs. In addition, Wolfshagen in the Harz Mountains is an ideal starting point for motorcycle tours around the Harz Mountains, which with its winding routes attract hundreds of motorcycle enthusiasts every year. The nearby Brocken, at 1141 meters high, the highest mountain in the Harz Mountains, is a challenging destination for every ambitious hiker. Of course, a vacation can also be made child-friendly. If you are traveling with children, it is not far to the large wolf pool (outdoor pool). The kitchen doesn't have a dishwasher nor a washing machine, but for two people you don't need them. There are ample cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery plus some condiments for you to use. The Laundromat is a five minute walk from the apartment (turn right at the corner and walk to the main road, cross the road and you will see the Laundromat). All the machines are in A1 condition and the staff are there to assist. Back to the apartment. There is ample parking in front of the building. The apartment is on the fourth floor with a lift for easy access. You don't need ear plugs to block out any noise during the night, because there isn't any, the quietest apartment we have stayed in so far. Both the bedroom and lounge room are huge, whilst the kitchen is cosy for two people. It is a pity we can't take Marianne's apartment with us as it is one of the best we have stayed in. Not far from the apartment you will find Aldi, Lidl plus a very up market grocery store which is open 24/7. All three are near each other, but keep in mind all shops are closed on a Sunday. If you like walking make sure you visit the harbour and shopping area, approximately 13 mintues from the apartment. (From the front of the building turn left walk to the main street, turn right and head straight down to the water) If you like eating out then you must try Pier 6 (situated near the harbour and again walking distance from the apartment). Certainly one of the best restaurants in Bremerhaven. If time allows call into the Immigration Museum near the harbour it is very interesting, but allow yourself s good two hours. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a quiet relaxing holiday in Bremerhaven."

You will usually find him again. Sometimes another shoe is brought along. Here you are not in the middle of it. If you look out of the window you will see a beautiful nature with its inhabitants from the squirrel to the robin or acorn.
Our house has 3 terraces outside. Equipped with grill and patio furniture. The outdoor fireplace invites you to long evenings by the open fire. We will of course provide you with firewood. In bad weather, the large farmers' table in the basement with access to another terrace invites you to play games, have a nice meal or just a little wine.
Willi is also in the center of the Eastern Harz. From here you can be in places of history and myth in 15-20 minutes by car. Nearby are 2 cities that belong to the world cultural heritage.
