Our brand new, very quiet apartment was furnished with love and taste by us. The 85sqm apartment is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. There is a parking lot directly in front of it. It has three rooms and a very nice, covered patio, right in front of the kitchen. Of course, our extensive garden can also be used. Garden furniture and deck chairs are ready for you.
The two comfortably furnished bedrooms are furnished with a double bed / box spring bed (180 x 200cm) - a cot is available if required.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, refrigerator, coffee pad machine and all the necessary kitchen appliances.
There is a Swedish stove in the living room, which creates an idyllic, homely atmosphere in winter.

We were after peace and quiet and certainly got just that, but without feeling totally cut off - supermarkets are only 10 minutes drive away and the lovely city of Freiburg im Breisgau is not much further. The views over the valley are stunning and we never tired of sitting on the decking in the beautiful sunshine. We went for a walking holiday and the location meant that we did so many amazing walks, all within 30 minutes drive. There are also walks directly from the property - two minutes and you are in a forest trail. This is a beautiful part of the world to stay. This beautiful, bright 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd Upper floor of a 2-family house completed in 2013. It has an inviting living room that is very open and spacious due to its ceiling height. Next to the dining area there is a comfortable leather couch with a long chair, where you can relax, watch TV or enjoy the view of the Schönberg. The sofa can be quickly and easily transformed into a 1.60 m bed that can comfortably sleep 2 people. The large roof terrace, which faces south, offers a fantastic view. An electric awning provides a shady spot even in summer. There is also a cozy bedroom with a double bed (2.00mx 1.80m) and a second TV. A separate, fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine complete this apartment. For our little guests we provide a baby travel bed and a high chair (up to 15 kg).
The apartment is in a quiet location (dead end) in the Freiburg St. district Georgen. The connections to public transport are good. The bus takes about 15-20 minutes. to the main train station and downtown. Parking is in the street. Shops, bakeries, restaurants, playgrounds, etc. are too easy to reach.

We ran around the SeePark several times, but the best run was just a short , less than a half mile run in the direction that tram runs, bringing you to the apartment, to the river and there is a trail that runs along the river that seems to go on forever. We ran about five miles on it and it kept going, BEAUTIFUL! If you're planning a trip to Freiburg, definitely plan on staying at Sabine's if there is availability. You won't be disappointed!"
