Our brand new, very quiet apartment was furnished with love and taste by us. The 85sqm apartment is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. There is a parking lot directly in front of it. It has three rooms and a very nice, covered patio, right in front of the kitchen. Of course, our extensive garden can also be used. Garden furniture and deck chairs are ready for you.
The two comfortably furnished bedrooms are furnished with a double bed / box spring bed (180 x 200cm) - a cot is available if required.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, refrigerator, coffee pad machine and all the necessary kitchen appliances.

We went for a walking holiday and the location meant that we did so many amazing walks, all within 30 minutes drive. There are also walks directly from the property - two minutes and you are in a forest trail. This is a beautiful part of the world to stay. This beautiful, bright 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd Upper floor of a 2-family house completed in 2013. It has an inviting living room that is very open and spacious due to its ceiling height. Next to the dining area there is a comfortable leather couch with a long chair, where you can relax, watch TV or enjoy the view of the Schönberg. The sofa can be quickly and easily transformed into a 1.60 m bed that can comfortably sleep 2 people. The large roof terrace, which faces south, offers a fantastic view. An electric awning provides a shady spot even in summer. There is also a cozy bedroom with a double bed (2.00mx 1.80m) and a second TV. A separate, fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine complete this apartment. We ran around the SeePark several times, but the best run was just a short , less than a half mile run in the direction that tram runs, bringing you to the apartment, to the river and there is a trail that runs along the river that seems to go on forever. We ran about five miles on it and it kept going, BEAUTIFUL! If you're planning a trip to Freiburg, definitely plan on staying at Sabine's if there is availability. You won't be disappointed!"

There are two bedrooms available one with the ability to separate beds. In one you will be awakened by the morning sun, in the other you can relax with a wonderful view of the forests and the evening sun.

- "We had a little problem getting to the property due to road construction in the neighbourhood, but finally managed to find a route that our GPS accepted. Once we arrived at the house, we were greeted by Mrs. Merkle senior, who lives on the 1st floor. Our apartment was on the 2nd and 3rd floor, truly a beautiful vacation home. There was also a bottle of regional wine waiting for us. The apartment is furnished and decorated in a very modern style (the main reason we choose this place), and it is very well equipped. We had everything we needed and were even able to use the laundry room in the basement to wash some of our clothes. There is a balcony overlooking the beautiful backyard. Unfortunately, the weather was not great and we could not spend much time there. The apartment is centrally located. There is a bakery in walking distance, and grocery stores can be reached by car in a few minutes. We found a beautiful restaurant in town: Im Original, which looks more like a huge, nicely decorated greenhouse. The food is good at that place and take-out is possible. While we were only staying for 3 nights, we were able to visit Breisach (dinner), Freiburg (shopping), and Titisee (sight-seeing). Upon leaving Teningen, we also visited Colmar and Strassbourg. Altogether, we had a great time in Teningen."

Your accommodation is located in the village of Hofsgrund, a small Black Forest town at about 1000 m altitude.
In winter you can expect a beautiful snowscape with direct opportunities for skiing (lifts about 300 m), toboggan run and cross-country ski trails in the immediate vicinity. Also very nice winter hiking trails are available.
In summer, you can grill right next to the house on a beautiful terrace next to a stream, chill out and just let your mind wander. You have the possibility directly from the house to explore our beautiful landscape on well-described trails. The Feldberg with wonderful rest stops and a wide branching hiking area is nearby. Also for bikers very appealing (annual big event is the Ultra Bike in Kirchzarten). Motorcyclists have the opportunity to enjoy their passion to the fullest.
The Black Forest city Freiburg im Breisgau with the Freiburg Minster, a daily beautiful market and the beautiful old town can be reached in 20-30 minutes by car. But you can also do this conveniently with bus and train and the Konuskarte prepared for you. A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity of our apartment. The proximity to France and Switzerland complete our beautiful location.
The apartment was completed in 2018 and furnished with much love and dedication by us. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped. Dishes and kitchen utensils are sufficiently available. Bedding and towels are included. In the bathroom you are expected by a rain shower. The apartment is equipped with a modern infrared heater. Wifi and TV available. Your fresh baked goods and staple foods can be purchased daily in our bakery directly in the village.

The Old Wagnerei is located in a quiet side lane right in the heart of Neuhausen. Our house offers a total of 120 m² living space for 4 people with an infant enough space.

In recent years we have modernized and refurbished the house with very great attention to detail. Many of the furniture and furnishings we have restored painstakingly even prepared and lovingly arranged for you. We have our whole heart and soul put into the old wheelwright who is incidentally listed.

The quaint building has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a large modern kitchen, and an open dining and living room.

The house is equipped to modern standards. Besides dishwasher, coffee maker, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, large plasma television, DVD player, stereo, free Wi-Fi etc. no wishes remain open.

Discover the historic kitchen stove, the big old sink or the rustic exposed beams. We are certain: You will not miss anything. Experience the successful contrast between the traditional and the modern!

With the beautiful soapstone stove in the living room, you can tune into a wonderful evening on the comfortable couch and a nice glass of wine, the crackling of the fire enjoy. A selection of fine wines from the region, we always provide you with the ancient wine cage.

Our house is allergy friendly. Throughout the house floorboards and tiled floors are available. Animals must therefore unfortunately remain at home. Smoking indoors is prohibited.

The two-family house is located in Gönningen, a quiet and holiday-like place close to Reutlingen, Tübingen and Metzingen.
Hiking and biking is possible directly from our home.

We offer a free parking lot and a garage to park your bicycle safely. The room is perfect for doing your mails after a working day or as a stopover for your hike. Linus, a young Golden Retriever, is part of the family but has no access to your room.

You will stay in a Two-family house with a separate room with a separate entrance for yourself. Your view of the Swabian Alb relaxes and gives you ideas for free-time activities.

The bathroom as well as the kitchen are shared rooms in Sinas and Alex's private apartment. You have a key to accessing these rooms.
