- "What i like was the service from the reception and the restaurant, professionelle, fast, friendly and all the time one the point. The room was really ok but you see that the room is not "new"....its a feeling like in the 70's What i dont like was the service on the bar outside, after a long time of waiting and more times asking we get the card first, after another long time without a service we stand up and go....also the service employees at the bar dont clean in this time the table from the people before and that all with not much work outside. A other thing is that you have to pay at the check-in another 200 Euro for the services, when you pay the stay before, its not like i know it from other higher class hotels, you get the money back if you dont let write a bill on your room number but like i say i dont like it really. Totally for me it's a great and beautiful Hotel in a beautiful environment, with rooms who sends you back in time. With really friendly and professionelle employees at the reception, the restaurant and rooms. - "Ok" - "Nice hotel, great dinner, great breakfast, very nice people. I would happily go there again. They had some renovations undergoing." - "Firstly I received a call from a person from the hotel on the day of arrival that they are overbooked and wanted to offer me other hotel instead. I defined as I wanted to stay there for a good facilities they had. Then we arrived to hotel and most of wellness facilities weren’t working. Only one sauna of 4 was working and all water supply was broken, so after sauna you couldn’t take any cold shower. That was really annoying as we primarily wanted to stay there because of facilities. Staff didn’t offer any solutions neither. Overall hotel is very very old and I would rate it for 2-3 stars not for 4.5. Very disappointed by a stay there."

- "Snooze Apartments Alling offers spacious, bright and modern rooms that are clean and comfortable inside. However, the exterior of the windows and window frames are in dire need of attention. They were extremely dirty, covered with dust, dirt, cobwebs and spiders. It was impossible to open the windows without letting spiders in.
