See pictures attached. You can order fresh baked bread and it is delivered to your door or you can pick up at the front desk. We also visited sauna ( dry and wet). The room had a station with juices, tea, water. Shower, bathroom. And again the view was incredible! Separate thank you to people at the front desk. Very helpful and kind people. - "The apartment was fairly small with no sitting room or area, just bedroom with tv, kitchen/ dining room and bathroom. The owner was very friendly and helpful but we had 2 oroblems there. We couldn't get the cooker to work, it wouldn’t turn up or down, the alarm was always going off when we hadn't set it and then the whole cooker turned off and wouldn't reset. If you spilt water on the hob it went iff, if you wiped the cooker it went off. The owner was very helpful over it but we struggled to cook all week. The second thing was when we booked we had to pay a deposit and we had printed out the hotels.com receipt showing this. However the iwner said we hadnt paid. Our attempts to get hold of hotels.com failed miserably, the chat box didn’t resolve it but then cut us off, the app said we had paid the deposit plus a further payment and only owed about €111 so in the end we paid the full amount. On returning to Britain our bank statements showed no payments to hotels.com had been taken so the owner was right but it caused a lot of worry and stress which you don't need on holiday. So hotels.com what us going on because we also had a mess up at an overnight stay in Germany booked through hotels.com and paid twice!! Answer from you would be great but I'm not holding my breath."

We also enjoyed a scenic peaceful walk in the morning and took in some views at the rear of the property. We had everything we needed ands wished we were staying more than one night. A few practical tips - there is a lift which is unusual for such a remote and famhouse style location. Whilst we loved the decor, the shared bathroom in centre of the smaller apartment we stayed in has a glass wall (see pictures) This means there is no true privacy if you are sharing with another family have older children who would need that. In the quiet village center of Haiming, we have friendly furnishings on the 1st floor of our large, older house, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what is available to us. At the entrance of the Ötztal, we are easily accessible by train or bus (on foot about 10 or 3 minutes) and car (P at the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region. Farmers' shop, bakeries, butchers are around the corner, 5 minutes to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.

The Tiroler Bergnestl is a holiday apartment on the lower floor of our single-family home. It can only be reached via an outdoor staircase.
You can expect about 48m2 with a Scandinavian feel. Enjoy the view of the mountains.
The house was not completed until November 2018.
About 100 m above the house you can reach the most popular hiking trails. Also a bus stop for the city and ski shuttle stops 30m next to us.
A 30m2 terrace is also only for you :)

The property is located close to Längenfeld and Sölden on the hamlet of Burgstein (~1500 m above sea level). Here you will find a beautiful view over Längenfeld. In summer, Burgstein is the ideal starting point for cyclists, hikes, climbing and cycling tours. In winter, you can reach the surrounding ski areas in 20 minutes by car. The (ski) bus stop is 2.5 km away. In the main season, a taxi runs to the stop 2 times.

The space
Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet.

Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably.

You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available.
If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

A 46 m² apartment is available to our guests with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and living area.
There is also a cozy outdoor area with seating.

The entrance to the apartment is to the left of the house. Down the stairs, there is the entrance. The outdoor area is also available for recreation. A trampoline is also available.

Young family & 2 house cats offer their guest room to open, communicative people in their modern and fully equipped apartment, where you will stay together.
