"The Wetterstein" is located directly on the foothills of the Zugspitze and yet centrally located in the idyllic Tyrolean village Ehrwald. A house with history, tradition and venerable charm, where already in 1860 the first guests were received.

Although the exclusive "Sonnenspitze" can accommodate 8-10 people (about 150sqm, 3 double bedrooms (bedroom 3 is accessible through bedroom 2), 1 bedroom with bunk bed, kitchen, living room, 1 bathroom with rain shower and corner bath, 1 bathroom with Shower, 2 toilets, fireplace), but still everyone finds his personal retreat for undisturbed moments.

The "Sonnenspitze" is not only the largest, but also the most exclusively equipped apartment in Wetterstein. It is divided into two levels and is located in the 1st and 2nd. Floor. "The Daniel" is a comfortably furnished apartment with 55sqm (1 living room with sofa bed, 1 bedroom with double bed, kitchen with dining table, 1 large bathroom with bath / shower / WC) and provides with natural materials such as spruce wood for a special atmosphere. Carefully and lovingly equipped, it conveys a feeling of security and warmth. The apartment is on the 2nd Stick of "Wetterstein".

"The Zugspitze" is one of the three spacious and well-equipped apartments in our house "The Wetterstein".

"The Wetterstein" is located directly on the foothills of the Zugspitze and yet centrally located in the idyllic Tyrolean village Ehrwald. A house with history, tradition and venerable charm, where already in 1860 the first guests were received.

Although the "Zugspitze" offers space for 6-8 people (about 110 square meters, 3 bedrooms with double bed, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, 2.5 bathrooms with tub / shower, 2 toilets, 2 balconies), every guest will still find his own personal retreat for undisturbed moments.

"The Zugspitze" is located on the top floor of the Wetterstein and exudes a special flair through the partly covered with wood roof pitches. Not only Tyrolean tradition but also modern comfort merge cleverly into each other.

In the fully equipped kitchen with electric stove incl. Oven, cooker hood, Nespresso machine, Nespresso milk frother, filter coffee machine, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, kettle and a cozy sitting area you can cook to your heart's content and spend convivial evenings with family or friends.

Since it is our special concern to make our guests as carefree and relaxed as possible, we have also equipped the kitchen with the most important spices, detergents and tea towels.

For fun evenings with family or friends is a sufficiently large living room with dining table and couch available. In short, a residential area with charm and character that invites you to spend carefree hours.

From the living room you can also access one of the two balconies. We hope that you as well as we can enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountain scenery of the Zugspitzarena. Just as dreamy as romantic is always the fabulously clear starry sky.

If you want to do your laundry, feel free to use the washing machine and dryer in our laundry room downstairs. Laundry detergent, iron and ironing board are also provided.
To avoid unnecessary luggage, of course, bed linen and towels are available.

You want to relax in the snow after a wonderful day? Then do so and relax in our spacious sauna with sunbathing area on the ground floor.

It also includes parking, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a storage room for bicycles and a ski storage room.

"The Zugspitze" is also the ideal starting point for the numerous excursion possibilities in the Tyrolean Zugspitzarena. The unique central but quiet location in the middle of Ehrwald, is the best infrastructure.

Numerous shops and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity. The ski bus stop is only about 30 meters away.

For our guests there is also free admission to the family / indoor pool, the artificial ice rink (only in winter) and the climbing hall Ehrwald. All this can be reached on foot in no time.

Each guest also receives a guest card, with which they can use the ski bus for free and receive numerous other discounts.

We are sure that you will have an unforgettable holiday both in summer and in winter.

Our apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes in beautiful nature, for mountain biking, for a round of golf at the gorgeous 9-hole golf course, for swimming, horseback riding, climbing, play tennis and much more.

Your children will feel well too. We personally think that the waterfall path in Ehrwald, Mosles Explorer Trail or Mosles Magic Forest in Lermoos are always worth a visit.
Of course there is also fun on the summer toboggan run or the monster scooter driving in the neighboring village of Biberwier. Would your children like to see marmots or raccoons up close? The animal and game park Bichlbach with its own petting zoo is only about 10 minutes away by car and makes children's eyes shine.

On request, we also provide a travel cot and high chairs available. Children's toys, board games and books are also available.

In winter, you and your loved ones in the ski area of the Tyrolean Zugspitzarena can expect 142 perfectly groomed slopes in almost all levels of difficulty. From easy slopes for beginners and families to demanding runs, there is everything.

56 modern mountain railways guarantee snow fun, powder snow and pure hut fun. With the free ski bus you reach the ski areas Zugspitzblatt, Ehrwalder-Alm, Grubigstein, Marienberg and Berwang-Bichlbach in a few minutes.

The 23 km of pistes in the Ehrwalder Wettersteinbahnen ski area are only 1 km away from our house.

Apart from skiing, the Tyrolean Zugspitzarena has much more to offer in winter. Not only miles of cross-country trails, snowshoeing, ice skating, tobogganing and romantic sleigh rides make the heart beat faster, but also the culinary delight in one of the many quaint huts. Enjoy fantastic Tyrolean cuisine and be enchanted by the winter landscape.

Highly recommended are the high altitude hiking trails around Ehrwald and Lermoos. These can be easily walked on even in winter and grant on the one hand a brilliant view of the valley and on the other hand on the surrounding mountain peaks.

The entire "Wetterstein" is a non-smoking area. Pets are not allowed.

The centre of Ehrwald is just a few hundred metres away, and you will find shops, children's playground, tennis court and golf course. - "Zentral gelegenes Haus in Ehrwald, echt österreichisch mit viel Holz. Sehr sauber geliefert. Große Küche mit gemütlichem Alkoven und allem, was dazugehört. Das Wohnzimmer ist gut ausgestattet mit einem 3-Personen-Sofa und einer schönen Aussicht auf Lermoos. Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer für 5. Personen, aber es ist sehr hart. Für uns kein Problem, denn wir waren zu dritt. Schönes Badezimmer mit Haartrockner, Badewanne und Dusche und Handtüchern. Der einzige Punkt ist, dass es kein Wifi gibt, was heutzutage wünschenswert ist. Das 2. Schlafzimmer hat einen kleinen Balkon, ist aber sehr gemütlich. Trotz -13 Grad in der Nacht wurde es nicht kalt."
