- "This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The receptionist (blonde lady) spoke perfect English and was very helpful and friendly. The pool was open all day to 9pm, with a special child friendly time from 5-7 which my child adored, and it was very clean and modern. We parked in the garage underneath the hotel (for a fee) which you need your room card to gain access. This was safe and secure. Breakfast was from 8am until 10am and had a good range of items available. However please be warned that Switzerland in general is extremely expensive, for everything, compared to the uk. The hotel is easy to find and has a fuel station/shop over the road for essentials, but again, be warned about the prices!!! You might need a mortgage to do your shop in this country!"

- "The apartment is new, modern and spacious. It was perfect to host 6 adults. The pictures already give you a good idea of what to expect but walking into the apartment for the first time was still amazing. The beds slept well and were indeed very long (very nice for the tall people among us who don't like to have cold feet…). The parking place (inside!) is big enough for two big cars. Even without a car the place was easy to reach. Just take a plain to Zurich, hop on the train to Chur were a bus will take you straight to the apartment. It took my friends two and a half hours but the it was easy and straight forward. It's a 5-10 min. walk to the ski lifts but for those who don't like to walk with ski boots there's also a bus stop in front of the building. The ski area is big enough to stay a week, though very good skiers will have seen everything in 2-3 days. I was surprised about the prices of the ski pass but then again Switzerland is expensive…. For this reason we cooked most of the evenings which was very easy since the kitchen is fully equipped. There's even a dishwasher so don't worry about doing the dishes!! In case you do want to go out for dinner make sure to make reservations because it can be busy! We had a very good raclette in the fondue room of hotel Vorab in Flims. All by all: an amazing ski holiday!"

- "Me and my son, had a great time at Roland’s apartment. Great value for money and with great facilities. Drove from the UK, found it easily and covered parking was a real bonus. I used to live in Switzerland, but this was the first visit to Flims-Laax and the drive up from the motorway into the mountains was easily one of the quickest and most direct I have ever done (great when you have been on the road for 12-hrs). Apartment is only about 10-minutes’ walk to the lift system base stations at Laax, and I have a 7-yrs old son who is not the quickest. If you want to take the bus, then the last bus stop before Talstation Laax, is only a 2 minute walk with a 1-minute bus ride. The apartment itself had everything we needed. We cooked for ourselves and there is a supermarket at the Coop Petrol Station, which is a 2 minute walk, which has most of what one could want. Failing that there is a larger supermarket at Talstation Laax. If you want to dine out then there is plenty of choice and variety in or around Talstation Laax. We used the swimming pool every day after skiing and it was very clean and modern. Didn’t get a chance to use the sauna, but I took a look and it appeared to be as you would expect. Apartment is on the 5th floor and has a good view of the mountains, so you can get a good idea of conditions before you leave in the morning. I myself have been skiing for years, but this was my son’s first time on snow (he had had a few dry slope lessons beforehand), so I chose Flims-Laax as the runs and terrain had something to offer both me and him. I put him in ski school for 3-days, 9.30-15.30, which he really enjoyed. We skied together on the last 2-days and it was amazing how much he had learnt. They did a great job. So, in summary the apartment was excellent for us, the location was ideal and Flims-Laax is a great place to ski whatever your ability. We have already rebooked with Roland for next year! "

In our 90 m² 3.5-room flat with two bedrooms and bathrooms, a large, cosy living room and kitchenette with kitchen counter, you will feel right at home. The flat has an exclusive interior made of high-quality materials, is very modern and furnished in Alpine style. It is a condominium in House A of the complex, which is not part of the hotel. Nevertheless, our guests may use the La Senda wellness area with the flat's access card/badge as well as the games room and ski/bike storage room. A free parking space is available on the 2nd level (2nd basement) of the underground car park.

Access to the flat is by means of an access card/badge, which can be collected from reception and must be returned there.

As a guest, you benefit from free use of the 850 m² La Senda wellness area, which is one of the largest in the destination - bathrobe included. Numerous services are available to you in summer and winter, which you can of course use. For example, bike garage, bike washing facilities, shuttle bus, drying and changing room with lockers and much more. 1. Please stick to the check-in times so that you can move into your room at Casa Linda pleasantly and stress-free.
2. Please be in the accommodation on time until 8 p.m. of all by 9 p.m. at the latest.
3. Please respect that quiet hours begin at 10 pm throughout the house, so you can no longer check in after 10 pm.
4. Please be quiet and calm in the parking lot and in the stairwell when unloading your luggage and sports equipment.
5. Please do not let the main door slam independently but close the door quietly by hand with the door handle.

Other things to note
You will receive a guest card with which you can go free shuttle bus. You can take the shuttle bus to the Laax cable cars or to Lake Cauma in Flims.
In addition, you will receive discounts with various leisure and sports offers with the guest card.

The small studio is on the first floor, new with garden seating. The bus station is about 30 m and shopping, post office, and bank can be reached in 3 minutes.

There are some basic essentials e.g. toilet paper, dishwasher capsules.
Sheets and towels are an on-demand service offered for a fee by my housekeeper.
