The property manager tried to accuse my family for breaking a fan, which we did not use and did not break. They wanted to charge us 70 CHP for the fan. Are you serious? As a property management company you need to get your facts straight and be more flexible and accommodating with your guest. Maybe consider renting it as a long term rental so fewer guests have our experience."

I rent a single room, close to public transport (50m). The n. 2 bus will take you to the city center in 9 min. Next to the room there is a private bathroom with shower. No possibility to use the kitchen or other spaces in the house. Single bed with bedside table, desk, wardrobe to put clothes and library. Free public parking is available in front of the house( blue area). Private covered parking possible against supplement. View of the Gulf of Lugano. Our dog live in the appartement.

The beautiful city centre and the lake are reachable on foot (8 minutes) or by bus, with the number 7. A bus stop is just under the flat.

Our names are Marco and Luca. We are two friends that live in the same city.

We have decided to share a flat together, and to use a room for welcoming people from all around the world, that are coming to Lugano for several reasons: holidays, work, conferences and so on. We are glad to host you.

in the last period I (Marco) am the one mostly at home and who takes care more about the airbnb and the guests coming. Luca is present only a few days a week (so it can happen that you get to know each other, or that you don't).

Mirko, my 2 years old black and white cat lives with us. He is sociable and quiet and normally likes cuddles and playing with a string:-).
If you like cats, he will be happy to meet you, otherwise he will understand to leave you your privacy. You can see one of his photo in the gallery section.

The flat is composed of: 1 kitchen, 1 living room with balcony, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms.

You will have a single room with balcony equipped with: a private wardrobe, a desk (good for smartworking) an office chair, some personal display shelves and a key for your private room.

You will have the opportunity to use the kitchen and the bright living room.

In the kitchen you will have your own shelf, where to put your food and whwere you can find some tee, some coffee, salt, oil and something basilar to be able to cook. In the fridge there will be a space for you, as in the deep freezer.

You can use the kitchen to cook during the day. If it happens, and if desired, we can also have lunch or dinner together.
Otherwise you can have your privacy and eat in the bedroom, where there is a desk useful for it.

In the living room there are a sofa, a big table, a TV and a balcony.

During your stay
We will be glad to answer to your questions, and to give you information and tips, for discovering the city and the places that there are, when/if you need it.

If you need a good pizza, a good ice-cream, a cheap restaurant, or a very high quality one. If you want to find a nice trekking, or to get a nice view for your pictures, or to meet some people and drink something in a bar

Newly renovated, classicist apartment in the city (still quiet) in pedestrian distance (13 min.) from lake, Piazza and Parco Ciani. Bus to train station (5 min.) around corner and near Flixbus stop. The accommodation is located on the 4th floor and it has no elevator, so is unfortunately unsuitable for guests who cannot carry their luggage up without someone else's help.

It’s great for hikers to San Salvatore , San Grato and bicycling both on and off road . The old part of the town is very charming.Near Lugano and Foxtown. Frequent public transportation available.
The room itself has eclectic charm to it decorated with warm colors.
I offer a small breakfast of coffee or tea with homemade bread or homemade muffin.

During the Covid pandemic, guests are limited to their area. In normal times , I serve breakfast coffee in the garden, weather permitting.

It’s near lake lugano (approx 10 km) which is lovely for swimming or taking the cruise boat . Near Mt San Salvatore . A walk up for hikers or funicular for those interested in easier access where you will find a fantastic view of surrounding mountains. Also a nice hike down the mountain to the pier in Melide where the boat departs for Morcote and more. And the Local food is great!

The lovely apartment is not only well equipped but also well-served to explore the lake town of Lugano and neighboring attractions. The main square of the town is only 10 minutes from the apartment and offers a selection of restaurants, shops, cafes and a great opportunity to be a part of the timeless culture of Lugano. Lido di Lugano is barely 6 minutes on foot from the apartment and has wonderful sandy beaches, an Olympic swimming pool with heating facility, a diving pool with trampolines, a beach volley court, a football pitch and a child-friendly pool. The famed Parco Ciani (3 minutes), also known as the green heart of Lugano, is perfect for taking pleasant walks admiring the lake and greenery that comprises oaks, limes, sycamores and other such plans typical of the Ticino region.
