The property manager tried to accuse my family for breaking a fan, which we did not use and did not break. They wanted to charge us 70 CHP for the fan. Are you serious? As a property management company you need to get your facts straight and be more flexible and accommodating with your guest. Maybe consider renting it as a long term rental so fewer guests have our experience."

Our names are Marco and Luca. We are two friends that live in the same city.

We have decided to share a flat together, and to use a room for welcoming people from all around the world, that are coming to Lugano for several reasons: holidays, work, conferences and so on. We are glad to host you.

in the last period I (Marco) am the one mostly at home and who takes care more about the airbnb and the guests coming. Luca is present only a few days a week (so it can happen that you get to know each other, or that you don't).

Mirko, my 2 years old black and white cat lives with us. He is sociable and quiet and normally likes cuddles and playing with a string:-).

You will have the opportunity to use the kitchen and the bright living room.

In the kitchen you will have your own shelf, where to put your food and whwere you can find some tee, some coffee, salt, oil and something basilar to be able to cook. In the fridge there will be a space for you, as in the deep freezer.

You can use the kitchen to cook during the day. If it happens, and if desired, we can also have lunch or dinner together.
Otherwise you can have your privacy and eat in the bedroom, where there is a desk useful for it.

In the living room there are a sofa, a big table, a TV and a balcony.

We will be glad to answer to your questions, and to give you information and tips, for discovering the city and the places that there are, when/if you need it.

If you need a good pizza, a good ice-cream, a cheap restaurant, or a very high quality one. If you want to find a nice trekking, or to get a nice view for your pictures, or to meet some people and drink something in a bar

Newly renovated, classicist apartment in the city (still quiet) in pedestrian distance (13 min.) from lake, Piazza and Parco Ciani. Bus to train station (5 min.) around corner and near Flixbus stop. The lovely apartment is not only well equipped but also well-served to explore the lake town of Lugano and neighboring attractions. The main square of the town is only 10 minutes from the apartment and offers a selection of restaurants, shops, cafes and a great opportunity to be a part of the timeless culture of Lugano. Lido di Lugano is barely 6 minutes on foot from the apartment and has wonderful sandy beaches, an Olympic swimming pool with heating facility, a diving pool with trampolines, a beach volley court, a football pitch and a child-friendly pool. The famed Parco Ciani (3 minutes), also known as the green heart of Lugano, is perfect for taking pleasant walks admiring the lake and greenery that comprises oaks, limes, sycamores and other such plans typical of the Ticino region.

Guests can easily take a boat or sail in the lake watching the gorgeous landscape surrounded by mountains. For more views, Monte San Salvatore peak (easily reached by funicular) is a great option. In our 35sqm independent studio-house with private parking, we are hosting you in a unique and green environment. The studio is well equipped and it's a cosy get-away while you are staying in the middle of town, close to both shopping and historical centre.
You will be staying inside a 500sqm property surrounded by a big garden in the centre of town.
The main villa is the home of Impact Hub Ticino, a coworking space in Lugano.

The space
INDEPENDENT BRIGHT STUDIO-HOUSE (with parking)
We offer a small but spacious and bright studio with lots of windows overlooking the garden. The small house has a separate entrance and the parking space is right outside the house.

The sleeping area is furnished with a French bed (1.60x2.00m) and is connected to the kitchenette area. There is a separate, modern bathroom with big shower and small window. Direct access to the big garden that you are most welcome to use for breakfast, lunch or simply relax and enjoy the oxygen. The studio is furnished in a modern, simple and very comfortable way. The atelier-house was restored by architect Gabriel Bertossa.

We especially recommend our studio to guests who like their quiet and private space but do appreciate the charms of an environment and building where people cross paths. The studio is quiet day and night but please note that during the daytime you won’t be completely alone on the premises and that other cars are using private parking. If you meet some people from the co-working, they will surely be happy to give you advice on about how to get around in Lugano and where to find a good coffee.

THE PROPERTY
The 1929-villa and its big garden, as well as the annexe-studio, are situated in a residential street close to the city centre and bus. It's located in a beautiful building only 4min away from the bus station. The main villa hosts a coworking space with cultural activities called Impact Hub Ticino. If you need a place to work during the daytime. Feel free to ask the staff or co-workers in the main villa. As a guest of the Airbnb you will get a special discount for the daily passes to work at Impact Hub Ticino.

COWORKING SPACE
The main villa of the co-working space is composed of open space on the ground floor. We are happy to offer 1 day pass per stay and person to have access to the ground floor of the Co-Working Space.
