The one-room apartment "FALCO" is located in the Cascina Borchina, on the upper floor. The studio is the ideal living solution for couples, friends or single travelers who want to have a wonderful view over the Lago and the mountains and who are looking for a warm, sunny and elegant atmosphere. It is an intimate nest, furnished with stylish comfort and natural materials.

The natural materials have been carefully selected with great attention to detail. Among other things you will find marble, travertine, granite, slate, natural stone, recycled wood, old bricks. The result is a mixture of contemporary glamor, anchored in elements of fascinating tradition. The large windows give you the opportunity to have a wonderful view over the lake and to be embraced by the sun's rays. You have sun from early to late.
The room is equipped with a wardrobe, a kitchen, a bathroom with a stone shower, a living and dining area with a double bed and a wooden table with chairs that invites you to read or enjoy the view. They have a roof terrace with a marble table and chairs with cushions. Cascina Borchina has a lawned garden and a park. For this you have two deckchairs with cushions. Although we are in the middle of a forest, Cascina Borchina is surrounded by ancient rocks and stone walls, which has been used in history to grow fruit plants and wine. Today we have lemon trees, rosemary, sage, lavender, thyme, mint, cactus, wild cherry, chestnut, oak and hazelnut.
