This is a shared apartment but because you are in the back part of the house next to the garden, you have your own room and only have to share the bathroom wich is on your mirror side of the kitchen.

Shared bathroom / shower and toilet. Toilet is in the front part of the house in the hallway

All amenities except for kitchen are inside your room such as coffee and tea maker.

One of housemates has an aid dog, the dog barks but is sweet and always happy to cuddle.
Dog only roams in her part of the house and living room / kitchen area.

Next to your own private entrance there is a fence door, which leads you to a narrow alley where you can store a bicycle and there is also an extra private side door entrance to enter our Villa Banana.

The Living Room:

The cozy living room features a seating area with a Smart TV, where you can access not only TV channels but also streaming services like Netflix, Disney+, and more by logging in with your own account. The TV can be pulled forward and swiveled to ensure a clear view from every corner of the living room.
On the wall behind the TV, you'll find our eye-catching hexagon LED light panels that can be turned on using a switch or controlled via an app. They can also respond to music and touch, changing colors together or individually. These LED panels integrated into the interior create a pleasant atmosphere. Of course, if you prefer not to use these LED light panels, there is plenty of other lighting available.

The living room floor is equipped with underfloor heating, which can be controlled manually or via an app. You'll also find a dining area with two chairs, and the table can be extended.

The Kitchen:

The kitchen is integrated into the living room and comes with many amenities. In addition to the refrigerator and freezer, you'll find a combination microwave, electric stovetop, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine (including some capsules), extractor hood with lighting, kitchen utensils, and more. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine in the kitchen.

The Bedroom:

From the living room, you can easily access the bedroom, which also features separate underfloor heating that can be controlled manually or via an app. Here, you'll find a double bed (140 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and a Smart Ambilight TV designed to make the screen larger, more vibrant, and easier on the eyes. LED strips behind the TV illuminate the wall, extending the image beyond the edges and adjusting colors based on the displayed content. The Smart TV also offers apps like Netflix, Disney+, etc., but you will need to log in with your own account. If you prefer not to use the Ambilight function, it can be turned off.

The Bathroom:

Next to the living room and bedroom is the bathroom, which also features separate underfloor heating that can be controlled manually or via an app. There is an infrared heating panel with LED lighting on the ceiling, which can be controlled with a separate remote. This allows you to set the temperature and adjust the lighting in different settings. The bathroom also includes a mirrored cabinet (with a built-in outlet) with lighting and an anti-fog function, which can be operated with touch controls. Additionally, there is a sink with drawers, a toilet, and a narrow walk-in shower equipped with a delightful rain shower.
