The Garden Room is a kind of Tiny House without a kitchen (but with a kettle and mini cooler). It breathes tranquility because of the view of the garden and the minimalist decor. The Tuinkamer is close to the old town, the cheese market and by bike you can be in the polder and on the beach in no time. Around the corner are a greengrocer and a supermarket. By train, which goes every half hour, you can reach Amsterdam in 40 minutes. Additional booking on site: palm reading and tarot.

It is a lovely little room; the room is 6.5m2 and the bathroom 1.5m2. Due to the minimalist decoration and many windows overlooking the city garden, you will experience light and tranquility. In the garden, there is sun and shade. You sleep on a good quality folding bed, and it is 130 cm wide. So spacious for 1 person and on the narrow side for 2 people.

Casita Boonita was built and furnished with care in 2019. It has its own entrance, its own terrace on the veranda and extensive cooking facilities (oven/microwave combi, dishwasher + refrigerator).

There is a separate bedroom with a double bed - and there are clean towels available and we make the bed for you!

The cottage has WiFi and there is a small television. Central heating is provided, which makes it very pleasant to stay in Casa Bonita even in winter.

Around the premises, there is free parking. Public transportation stops in front of the door (bus 151 and 157 from and to Alkmaar station).

By bike you can easily reach Bergen (2 kilometers), Bergen aan Zee (8 kilometers) and the center of Alkmaar (3 kilometers).
From Schiphol Airport, it is 35 kilometers, and within 35 minutes, you are in Amsterdam!

Bicycles and electric bicycles are available for rent and are delivered to the door! And 2 kilometers away, there is a shopping center.

Opening her own "Bed and Breakfast" is like a childhood dream for the Host Agaath Boontjes. After 30 years of teaching in Special Education, it was time to realize her role as a hostess.

With Casita Boonita, Agaath wanted to create a place where you can "land" for a while - in a place where forest, dune, beach and city can be reached in no time.

Enclosed annex to our home with its own entrance and privacy. Beautifully located in the Oudorperpolder and close to the cozy center of Almaar. As a host and hostess, we find it particularly beautiful and fun to create a memory in the holiday life of the people we are allowed to host!

The space has two enclosed bedrooms, 1 bedroom has two separate cribs, which can be made up as a 2-person bed if desired. The other bedroom has a bed of 140 wide. There is another sleeping option on the landing for a 4th person.

This beautifully furnished studio is the ideal base for a city trip to Alkmaar. Pat's garden room is decorated with a lot of care and you feel right when you come in.

You park your car behind the house for free and will enter the garden through an entrance gate. In the garden you will find a attractively furnished veranda that you have fully at your disposal.

The bright garden room is accessible via French doors. The room has a mini cinema (projector), which you can operate from the comfortable bed, a seat, a beautiful open walk-in shower and a toilet. In addition, there is a coffee maker, kettle, mini oven and fridge. The room has blackout curtains for extra comfort.

In just 5 minutes walk you are in the center of town, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner, or you can have something delivered. In the room you can find an information booklet with details about the city and surrounding area.
