The center of Alkmaar is only 600 meters away. If you take the ferry across the water, you can walk to the center of Alkmaar in 5 minutes.
The beach (Bergen aan Zee) is only 10 km away.
Layout:
Living area with 2 comfortable with 2 sofa's. Nice dining area overlooking the water. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a 4 ring stove. From the kitchen you also have a beautiful view of the water.
The master bedroom has a large double bed, wardrobe and television. The second bedroom is small and has a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.
Storage room with washing machine and dryer.
There is a wonderful seating area on the terrace. Enjoy the sun here.
You can park for free at 10 minutes walk. You can also park in a parking garage for €18 per day. You can load and unload in front of the apartment.

The space
The boat has a nice cabin, in which a stove can be found. Furthermore, a nice sitting area (Dinette) that is easy to convert into a nice double bed. Furthermore, there are 2 double beds in the front and back. Of course, all with a good bed are uir equipped and lovely duvets and blankets next to it, for when it is really cold.
There is a toilet on the boat.
On the back deck is a nice place to sit. Also a swimming platform, so that you can take a dip with nice weather. Then grab the Barbeque and chill in the grass along the boat.

The boat is in the canal in the picturesque village of Kolhorn. From Alkmaar it is a half hour drive to the boat! On the boat, there are 6 beds. Four permanent sleeping places, spacious double beds. The other 2 sleeping places can be realized by changing the Dinette to a double bed.
This is also the reason I chose max 4 people. There is a sitting area, and a space to sit, the wheelhouse. Here you will also find the petroleum stove. (Which heated the whole boat with ease)

This historic ship from 1903 situated right on the Canal that passes right through Alkmaar. Take the surfboard and paddle to Alkmaar for a nice cold ice cream!
The space
The ship has a cozy living room with skylights (so enough light), a sturdy wood stove and a kitchen with all the basic amenities. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and the master bedroom with roof shutters, allowing you to gaze at the stars from your bed on a sultry summer night. In addition, you can chill out on the deck in a beanbag or in the green colored garden with wild flowers.

Ship is child-proof: There is a life jacket for a child up to 15 kg and an even bigger size. There is a net stretched between shore and ship, the canal side of the ship is open. The garden is completely enclosed and has a sandbox.

The Liefke is on a peninsula near the windmill. There is also a cabin on the property (also for rent through Airbnb). If you are traveling with companions or another family, it could be ideal to rent both. (If you click on Han’s profile, the other listing should show up.)

We have everything in the house for children from 0 to 9 years. Please note: we have 3 beds for children: 1 bed is a toddler bed and 2 single beds. It's also possible to put a crib down.
