Experience a cozy overnight stay in our garden room in Maarssen. Near a train station, the A12 and A2 towards Utrecht and Amsterdam.

Explore Kasteel de Haar, lake Haarrijnseplas and the nature reserves of Natuurmonumenten for a unique and relaxing experience.

Plenty of cycling and walking tours. If you prefer to spend a day in Utrecht city, take the train, it is 2 stops or the bus, stops around the corner (30 minutes).

The space
We are a real typical Bed & Breakfast

1. During the day you are exploring the area.

2. For warm food in the evening you can go out
to a nice restaurant or pick up some food.

3. You will sleep wonderfully in a warm bed at
night.

4. In the morning you have breakfast.

5. Hostess comes by on Saturday to take care of
everything, to refill, take away dirty towels
and dishes and clean up a bit.

6. No outside visitors allowed.

7. No parties, smoking, hanging around or
cooking allowed.

8. It is a neighbourhood and we do got
neighbours. So if your a light sleeper take
some earplugs.
