In a beautiful green location, detached modern cottage, 15 min walk from city center/station. You have access to a bedroom/living room with a double bed (1.70) on the loft. In the sitting area, there is a work/dining table for 2 people, cozy fireplace and a sofa bed for guests who prefer to sleep on the ground floor (1.80). Private spacious bathroom with shower, sink and separate toilet. Fridge and stove (2 burners) available. The cottage is located on private property with ample parking.

The cottage is wonderfully bright and cozy. Total area is 45 m2. With very good WiFi. In addition to a double bed (1.70) on the loft, the sofa is suitable as a double bed (1.80). Possibility to cook for yourself. Table with 2 chairs, Nespresso coffee machine, coffee & tea, simple 2-burner stove, fridge, glasses, plates, cups and cutlery for 2 people. 1.5 km from the Amersfoort station. Bus stop 50 m away. Good base for hiking and biking. Amersfoort Zoo, Utrecht and Amsterdam nearby.
A comfortable double bed and clean towels. The bathroom (sink, walk-in shower) is shared with me. Private toilet.
You can make coffee and tea in the room. Breakfast is an option.
There is plenty of space to park (for free).

My cottage is a terraced house from 1952 with a lawn in front of the door at the edge of the neighborhood.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, a toilet, a bathroom and access to an attic.

You can get on your bike in no time and you can be in the city center in less than 15 minutes. Surrounded by the greenery, Schothorsterpark within walking distance. The spacious and bright studio has a living and sleeping area with a separate (private) bathroom and toilet. The studio has a private entrance, terrace and 2 bicycles (2 ladies bikes, 1 with reverse traprem and 1 with hand brake). Ideal for cycling to the city or exploring the surroundings.
The studio has a small kitchenette, it contains a refrigerator, microwave and 1-pit hob. Also there is a kettle, Nespresso Krups machine and milk frother available.
The bed is made up as a double bed but can also be made up as 2 separate beds. It's an electric adjustable bed.

This charming apartment is located in one of the oldest medieval citystreets (which used to be the former city wall!) with a mix of old monumental buildings.

On the first floor you will find two bedrooms. A large bedroom, equipped with a mini sitting area, kitchenette (mini-bar) and television. In addition, a second bedroom with a double bed and private washing facilities.

The central railway station is 5 minutes by bike from here & Afoort city center 8 minutes by bike. Pleasant home for two people. Perfect base for a stay in Amersfoort. City center, train station, park and forest within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Bakery (with the tastiest bread in Amersfoort!), ice cream parlor, supermarket and various specialty shops (cheese farmer, fish trade) around the corner.
The house has, among other things, a new, well-equipped kitchen, a SmartTV, washing machine, separate sleeping floor and private parking. In short: everything you need for a pleasant stay!

The house has its own entrance, possibility to park in front of the door (private property). Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning sun, cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen and play one of the games that are ready for you in the evening.

The guesthouse is detached and has its own entrance. The residence is located on our plot and borders our garden. However, it is completely enclosed, guaranteeing the feeling of privacy. You can reach the guest house via the street side (Vermeerstraat).

A few things to consider: There is no dishwasher. Also, the bathroom is relatively small (small, but nice ;-)) and has no sink. You can use the faucet in the kitchen, which is less than a meter away from the bathroom.

The space
Our studio is on the ground floor and has its own entrance.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso machine and kettle. There is a nice sitting area with television, equipped with Chromecast. The dining table is ready for cozy drinks or meals. Are you working late? There is plenty of room at the adjustable desk.
The separate, large bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, hair dryer, washing machine and toilet.
As the day draws to a close, a comfortable double bed with reading lights and sockets within easy reach awaits in the corner of the studio, separated by closets.
The car can be parked, in front of the door, on private property.

By train to Utrecht in 15 minutes, Amsterdam (35 minutes), Schiphol Airport (40 minutes).
