I work a lot but when I'm home and not sleeping, I'm quite accessible. Catch me on my day off or other moments that I'm home before work, and we will have time to talk.

Our B&B is located in a quiet villa area on the edge of Lelystad. We have a spacious double room (20m2) with a small kitchen with the possibility to prepare your own breakfast.

The space
We can offer you: a spacious and bright double room of 20m2 with a small kitchen with the possibility to make your own breakfast. Kitchen is not suitable for preparing main meals. Kitchen has a refrigerator, kettle, combination microwave, Senseo coffee maker and a 1-burner electric stove to cook any eggs for breakfast. There is also tea/coffee/sugar and coffee creamer available. You have a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There is a portable heater provided.
You will stay on the first floor (we occupy the ground floor). As a result, there is a lot of privacy. There is also a seating area on the landing of the first floor. You will have access to free WiFi. Free parking in private driveway. You can use the front garden. Space is suitable for couples, adventurers, and business travelers. Be welcome!

The space
Upon entering from the driveway you enter the (by)kitchen. Here is a (bean)coffee maker and kettle . In addition, there is a fridge and combi oven/microwave and a washing machine. If you walk through the sliding door, you enter a spacious living bedroom with a private bathroom. Through the garden doors you enter the private terrace where you can sit in the sun. Luxury Breakfast can be ordered on site at €7.50 per person (to be paid on site)

In the absence of the host(s), it is possible to gain contactless access to the apartment. By means of an existing key safe.

Our studio is ideal for cyclists and hikers who want to explore the beautiful surroundings, including the Oostvaardersplassen, the Lelystad Nature Park and a visit to the Marker Wadden.
For those who love shopping, Batavia City is just a stone's throw away. In addition, historic cities such as Enkhuizen and Elburg and even Amsterdam are easily accessible from our location. Come and enjoy a relaxing stay in "Aan de Lage Vaart" while exploring this beautiful part of the Netherlands!

From the apartment, you can easily cycle or walk to the Oostervaardersplassen and the Oostvaardersveld. On the other side of the city is Lelystad Nature Park, and by boat you can go from the harbor to the Marker Wadden to spot birds.

Or would you rather visit the cozy Bataviastad Fashion Outlet, go fishing for a day at Toms Creek or visit the Aviodrome?

The cozy Enkhuizen, modern Almere and the Hanseatic city of Harderwijk are also easy to drive to in +/- 30 minutes.

The space
The apartment is attached to our house but has its own entrance on the side.
You have a living room with kitchen, dining table and sitting area. Free coffee (Nespresso) and tea are provided during the stay.

Next to the living room, you have your own piece of garden with a table and chairs. Any bicycles can be placed dry under the carport during the stay.

The bathroom has a sink and shower. Separate toilet in the hall.

The bedroom has a box spring bed of 1.60 by 2.10 with a separate fan for the hot days.

In the hall, there is a cupboard with games that you can use.

You have the apartment to yourself. There is a room which is private and not part of the rental and is locked.

You can park your car in the street. Bicycles can be placed dry under the carport.

No smoking is allowed in the house. There is a possibility to smoke outside.
