A few things that kept it from being a perfect score: - Unfortunately, the safe did not work in the room. Staff were very helpful in trying to reset it, but unfortunately it was just a dud. Given the newness of the hotel, I was surprised by this. - Conditioner is not supplied, only shampoo. This isn't an issue for everyone, but as someone with longer hair, it's a must! - The air conditioning is prone to resetting itself after a few hours, which is frustrating after a long day being out and about. A few times we came back to the room being quite warm, and the circulation isn't ideal so it would take a while to finally cool down. - There's a lot of security theatre at the hotel - buzzing in for driving in or walking up is required, as is the card for both the elevator and the door to your floor itself. Not really a downside per-se, but it was a bit annoying after a while, so it's good to be aware of it beforehand! Again, overall I had a wonderful stay and would still recommend. I will likely stay here again!"
