Beautiful cottage with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Only 25 minutes from Amsterdam and Utrecht and in the heart of ‘het Gooi’ within walking distance of the center of Laren. The courage has a spacious living / dining room downstairs, a kitchen and a study room. Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. The cottage has its own and beautifully landscaped garden with various seating areas and (in summer) a barbecue.

The cottage was built in 1895 and is beautifully decorated while maintaining original details. At the beginning of the turn of the century the writer Louis Couperus lived on the domain for 2 years. There is fast WiFI available and in the living room you have access to a 55 "smart TV, including Sonos system. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a Nespresso machine. The cottage is within walking distance of Laren, a beautiful green village in the center of Het Gooi. In Laren numerous luxury shops, restaurants, bars and the Singer Museum can be found. There are 3 Nest Protects (smoke / carbon monoxide detection) present in the house for your safety (in both bedrooms and in the living room).

This house has a very natural feeling and is brand new and comfortable, next to forest and heather or Zuiderheide nature reserve. 7 min biking or bus 108/109 to Hilversum railway station and then 20 minutes by train and you are in the center of Amsterdam, 15 minutes to the City of Utrecht and 10 minutes to the City of Amersfoort. Distance to Amsterdam 30 km, Utrecht 20 km, Amersfoort 15 km.

Built in 1904, renovated in 2022, secluded former stables with high ceilings and loads of character. A bedroom, office, living room with extra couch/bed, a kitchen and sauna, 23 mins south from Amsterdam.

- "The accommodation is in a great location not far from the Bussum centre and train station and there are shops and cafes nearby. It is clean and surprisingly spacious, with high ceilings and lots of character. Underfloor heating kept us warm on the cold January days, and the sauna was a real treat. The only sink is in the kitchen, which is not a big deal, but a bit crowded as catering and washing at the same time can be a bit tricky. The host was very friendly and personable and made sure we had everything we needed. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to make the most of the games, toys and entertainment equipment provided - maybe on our next stay!"

A very complete holiday home of approximately 90m2 with a private bathroom, a kitchenette, a separate sleeping loft (1x double bed and 2 single beds) and a cosy spacious living/work room with home cinema.

Ideal for those who want to visit family, and have planned an evening at the theatre in the region, or just want to enjoy the beautiful surroundings for a weekend.

Perfect for a couple, or family with younger children. Not suitable for the disabled as the sleeping area is up a flight of stairs.
