Sutton Park is nearby, which is a beautiful, 2400 acre National Nature Reserve.

The detached house is in a cul de sac on a quiet estate, 20 minutes walk from the centre of Sutton Coldfield. The house is a few minutes walk from Newhall Valley Park, and 30 minutes walk from Sutton Park,one of the largest urban parks in Europe, a beautiful park with varied landscapes. Sutton has shops, lots of restaurants, and pubs.
Guests have access to the garden, and all rooms apart from private bedrooms.
Public transport is a short walk away, to Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield, NEC, Universities, and many other well known places.
